A day or two after I got it back I noticed the power steering wasn't working properly. Frustration gripped me tighter than Homer Simpson strangling his kid. I didn't want to use the same mechanic, especially after hearing one of them used my truck to get their lunch, after I was told it was in a test drive. Then I found this mobile mechanic. Anthony came out, and in less than 30 minutes he had fixed my power steering for $75. I gave him a tip, and was very relieved. Golden Line didn't report the damage to me, instead I got a call from the dealership. Manager from Golden line took days to give me insurance information. I was without a car for a week. I lost 12 hrs of wages doing all the leg work to get car fixed . Delivery to body shop Picking it up, phone calls with insurance company. Rental car payment was on me until reimbursement check comes 28 days later. Insurance company Is reimbursing me 2 hrs wages. Towing company never apologised for the mistake or inconvenience, and to Top it all off I got charged for the Tow. Car still needs to go back for repair to electrical lift gate. Another 3 hrs of time delivery and pickup. And I won't have a car again until car is fixed. Great customer service Golden Line Management!!
