Called Triple A for Towing to a car dealership. Dispatched Golden Line Towing.Driver lost control of the car while lowering to the ground. My car and a brand new car on the lot was damaged. Golden Line didn't report the damage to me, instead I got a call from the dealership. Manager from Golden line took days to give me insurance information. I was without a car for a week. I lost 12 hrs of wages doing all the leg work to get car fixed . Delivery to body shop Picking it up, phone calls with insurance company. Rental car payment was on me until reimbursement check comes 28 days later. Insurance company Is reimbursing me 2 hrs wages. Towing company never apologised for the mistake or inconvenience, and to Top it all off I got charged for the Tow. Car still needs to go back for repair to electrical lift gate. Another 3 hrs of time delivery and pickup. And I won't have a car again until car is fixed. Great customer service Golden Line Management!! read more

I needed a jump start on my battery, called AAA, was sent a tech, Calandrias from Golden Line Towing. The car started without a problem, but the tech convinced me that my 2022, car that has less than 21000 miles. I was not thinking and agreed, of course these people are from AAA, the van and the logo, so what could go wrong? But it did. My car had an AGM battery, I was told they carried that brand, but they didn't, they said they had a standard battery that would work. The deal was done, after they left, they were 2 techs. I checked the internet, just to find out, the battery was not a fit at all. CONS for a standard battery? Do not provide Longer lifespan, Enhanced safety, Improved efficiency, High performance and might even damage many devices in the car. When I reached out to the business, they just ignored my request to do the right thing. I was preyed on by an unscrupulous technician who lied about what took place, and an unscrupulous owner. I felt like my vehicle was held hostage, and I had to come up with the ransom, or else. I don't have the mental energy to rewrite the review that I was writing nonstop for two hours before my phone died(I don't have a charger here), so this is a condensed version. I called AAA to request a tow service after my vehicle stopped in a u-turn blindspot. Approximately 30 minutes later, I received a call from Chris from Goldenline Towing stating that he received an inaccurate location. Luckily he wasn't far, and arrived shortly thereafter. The address I requested the vehicle to be brought to was about 14 miles away. I actually wanted to see if I could first leave it at an auto shop, with the address l listed as a worse case scenario, but there was no way to fo that on the AAA app. I explained this to Chris, and that the GPS stated that the shop was 0.9 miles away. I have him the address, and we arrived two minutes later. The shop had some vehicles already in the spaces that I felt comfortable leaving the vehicle, and we agreed it was better not to leave it there. Chris stated that he had to see what dispatch said because he changed the address, and they may have closed the ticket, and he left in route to the initial address before receiving a response. Dispatch contacted him and said that I am being charged for this tow. It was late, and I had been on the side of the road three hours prior trying to start my vehicle, so my comprehension was a bit off. I was assuming that he meant that AAA was charging me for another service call until we came to what looked like a fatality street closure by the police, and Chris stated that he didn't have time to wait for it to clear out because he had another call, and it was going to add miles to the tow. I stated that I have 75 miles covered for tows, and he told we that the service call was over, and that that I was being charged. I asked him how much, and he stated that he wasn't allowed to look at his phone while driving, and could give me the total when we stopped. We arrived, and Chris checked and stated that the tow would be $160, cash on delivery. I spent the money that I had in attempt to get my vehicle started before calling AAA, and only had access to a digital app and a credit card. Chris said that dispatch stated that their card system was down. At this point I asked if they give me a break, and Chris said that he understood and he was just following orders. The address I had the vehicle dropped off to was my mother's, which was closer to the shop, and I had to wake her up at almost 4 AM to help me find paper money, which she doesn't keep. We where literally breaking piggy banks when Chris texted me telling me that he had to go. The vehicle was registered to my father who passed away, and I would have accrued even more charges in storage before I could prove ownership, and now my mother was becoming physically unsettled. Chris stated that dispatch would allow him to take me to an ATM. I didn't have any cards with me that I could access it, so I told him that I would try and overdraft it. We passed up a number of stores that weren't open yet to get to a 24 hour one. It only let me access so much money, and Chris was texting me that he had to leave. Luckily, my mother found some money, and together we had enough. Unbeknownst to be at the time, I was so rattled and mentally tired that I left/dropped some money at the ATM, so when we get back, we're still short. Chris again is texting me that he is about to leave, and I am about to try and ride out with him again, but my mother was able to find the rest. Chris said that he hopes it gets better for me, that he was just following orders. It is now 4 AM, and I am more flustered now than I was when stranded in that u-turn blindspot. read more

Goldline is straight garbage! I used them and they caused $4400.00 in damages to my Mercedes! He said he would take care of the damages and now he's dodging my calls. So now I'm going to have to sue him and get law enforcement involved just to receive what I rightfully worked for as far as compensation! I just needed a tow not four thousand dollars worth of damages! They will be pursued at the highest extent of the law! do not use them because they will not hold their self accountable if they damage your vehicle!!!! read more

I pd 95.00 for Them to unlock my car the driver license plate twx 8370 did ask for keys from my son after realizing that all the stringers work, he was doing to unlock it from the inside with the little gadget was not working after he took the key from my son. He tried using the key for the door handle that was pushed in so he could not use it he never gave us the key back. I did not realize that was time for us to start the car. I did call them back to have them bring the key back to check to see if the tow truck driver had it he claimed in a short notice that he did not have it, but he did not give the key back to my son so now I had to spend another $300 just to get a key made for which they could not assist i am deeply disappointed and disgusted at the fact that they did not tru to help or accommodate me with someone who can help me at getting a teammate after the tow truck driver kept my keys forward reason being I do not want to exploit him in that way, but I really feel to believe but he kept my key and contact are coming back to get my truck. This truck is very loved by the race, not me racism, but no one was able to help me and I have $400. I got no assistance from Line to help me with this situation I would never ever ever use them or recommend them to any of the doctors or my staff that I work with, please do not use these people. read more

I used AAA to pick up my wreck car from a tow yard and have it brought to my home. I was met by a rude driver who argued with me about why am I picking up a totaled car from a tow yard in the first place and that the insurance would handle it. My car is paid for in full and I only have liability. I have to wait 14 days until the police report is completed to see if the other parties insurance will accept liability. In the mean time, I want it brought to my home in case things don't fall in my favor and I'm left with a hefty bill from the tow yard with storage fees. After getting the car towed to my home, I requested the driver to drop the car close to the side of the curb. The driver literally dropped my car off in the middle of the street and told me to "Figure it out!" and drove off. No one should do business with a company this unprofessional. Never in my life have I experience this level of disrespect from a tow company who is getting paid good money to do a job. read more

James Kelley was excellent!! On a rainy Saturday, James made it to my car so quickly! I called AAA and James from LC Towing called to confirm and let me know his eta. He then followed up to check my exact location. After a vague description on my end, he knew exactly where to find me! He knows his area well!! He was so kind and efficient loading up my car. When we arrived at the towing location, he took his time to share his expertise. He knew a lot about my car and why I had car trouble. He explained the information so patiently and thoroughly and it made me feel so much safer and more knowledgeable!! James seriously brightened my day! Called AAA after a blowout and this company was dispatched. They arrived in a resonance amount of time considering nearing midnight when we called. The driver couldn't take the damaged tire off due to liability concerns, so we requested to be towed to a nearby tire shop. He was rather slow loading and unloading the vehicle onto his tiltbed truck and he not only couldn't look up the tire shop on his smart phone, but he made us type it into his GPS app. This may have been due to a language barrier, as his English was broken, but it came off very rude. read more
