Mind you we told them what was wrong . They told us to bring it in. We Did! then they called and said sorry my boss won't let me fix it but you owe us money for the test. We waisted a day . They new they couldnt do the job and charged us anyway. we called other mechanics in the area to tell them what happened and they said that was terrible customer service. They couldn't believe they would do that. So we had to call around to find someone who could do the job.

Made calls to try and find a service center and every place I called couldn't take us and advised us to contact Art's Repair Service in Scottsbluff, NE. The following morning we set out to drive 5 miles to Art's and after a 1/2 mile the RV died. Called AAA and they recommended Ron's Towing and sent Tanner from Ron's to help us out. Tanner was incredibly efficient and fast, very knowledgeable and reassuring he would be able to get us to Art's with no problem. He also recommended a great Mexican Restaurant for lunch. The price was reasonable and they were friendly and accommodating. I never felt they were going to take advantage of my rather vulnerable situation, being so far from home.
