She wasn't able to drive it to the shop because she had a flat and no spare, and these guys went and picked up her car. They were quick, polite, and professional.

After changing the rack and pinion on my truck, I took it to Orr's to get a front end alignment…read moredone. The guy there told me it was quite a bit out of wack (which it was to be expected that it would be a little off). After he aligned it, I drove it 1,000-1200 miles only to notice that my tires had started wearing very poorly! I should add that they were wearing very evenly up until that alignment. So I took it to a tire shop in my hometown that I really trust to replace the now wrecked tires and mentioned the alignment to the. They had to do a new front end alignment because Orr's didn't do it right! Paying Orr's to do an alignment for me cost me an extra alignment job and a new set of tires. Pretty upsetting to say the least!! DO NOT GO TO ORR'S!!
