(My sump pump had failed during a rain storm during and open house, and she had not bothered to tell me this. I went by on Monday and discovered this. She then tried to claim that she had told me, but I could look at my phone, and see there were no calls, emails or texts from her.) Creig promised I wouldn't have to deal with her any more, and the following Saturday, I go to the house, and there she is preparing to do an open house. On various occasions, Creig told me this woman was no longer my agent, but he never returned my calls. I got multiple calls or emails from this woman on Sunday nights saying something had changed and I had to sign something this minute. There was a contractor she found to do some work in the basement. I get a call on Monday morning saying that (1) the few things that are still in the basement have to be moved, (2) for them to do it will cost $500+, (3) for them to reschedule will cost $400+. I spoke to the agent, who was incensed that the company thought she should have told me that the stuff had to be out of the basement. She acted as if some of the problems were just that she didn't understand English, but I think it was (1) a cover for the fact that she had a tendency to screw up and (2) because she seemed to have no idea what was important and what was trivial.
