I continued to grumble (I do that a lot) about needing to get my back fixed and not tickled. She ignored me (smart) and set up an appointment with a very professional young man. When I got there the place was pleasant enough, but as I suspected they had facial sprays, oils, and moisterizers all over the walls. "Yep, just what I thought." A very professional young man came out and proceeded to ask me a number of questions about my discomfort, activity, and level of pain. Absolutely no questions about my facial regime. He gave me time to get ready, checked how I was doing regularly through the treatment, and had a number of suggestions to minimize my discomfort. When he asked at rhe end if there was anything else I mentioned my stupid clicking jaw. I mentioned it as an afterthought. I really didn't expect hime to do anything about it. He took his time and worked with my neck and jaw muscles and gave me a few exercises to do to stretch those muscles. And you know what? A couple weeks later my darn jaw stopped clicking. Say what you will, but I was comfortable, respected, and had a better quality of life thanks to the Pointed Pearl. I never felt awkward or uncomfortable with the experience Nd I will likely go back again even if I'm not in pain :) Thank you so much for all you do.
