If you need a Brazilian wax just come here. There's an ATM inside the store so you could just withdraw your cash and pay for your services there. She does an amazing job of waxing you and then when you're done getting a wax, why don't you go ahead and treat yourself to a Manny Petty combo and they do an amazing French tip this is the only place I would come to town and yucca and this is my favorite one. read more

This is my second review on this salon and I have to say they've got the best quality acrylic powder I've seen. My nails didn't lift until the 3rd week because I was too busy to go back. The lady is very nice and always greets me. It's a couple who owns the place so it's just the two of them working all the time. Sometimes I bring more than 2 friends or they have another customer there already but they make sure to work fast but carefully on everyone. Very time efficient. The gentleman doesn't talk much and I don't find this a problem but I could understand why someone else might find this uneasy. He does his job well and takes care of me. I've gone to 2 other nail shops in 29 palms, and I ended up walking out cuz the customer service was terrible. 1st time I came here I was greeted nicely, I waited about an hour but the great service was worth. I've only had to wait that one time. She does great pedicures and he does great manicures and whatever you want done. I always try to tip handsomely. This is my place!!!!! I've searched for a good nail salon since moving here from 3 years ago. Now, I'm so happy because I've tried local salons in Twentynine as well as Yucca and she is the best by far. She and her husband have been doing my daughter's and my nails for a year now and we are satisfied but if not we speak up. No her husband doesn't speak but even being a regular he doesn't talk to me but we have had a dialogue conversation once..haha. Thus is my relaxation time so I don't want to talk neither so as long as my nails are done to meet my expectations he doesn't have to speak. If you're looking for a salon where conversation is a must then skip this place BUT if you're looking to get the job done this is the place. They are quick sometimes but the job is AWESOME to me. She is really good at given me consistency with my nails and my eyebrows are fantastic so I don't have anything negative. She is truly a nice lady!! Just let her know what you want and all is good. I want to give this salon a good review but a few things made it hard for me to rate above three stars. First off, there's only two people working at a time..at least when I went there were only two. My manicure was done by the guy who didn't say ONE word to me the ENTIRE time. He seemed more interested in the movie that was playing behind him. My manicure is nothing to write home about. It was 30 dollars plus 8 for an eyebrow wax. My eyebrows came out amazing but it's not hard to wax. I came in for a pedicure today being 8 months pregnant and a day full of cleaning on my feet....so of course I asked for the best pedicure they had. It was awful. It lasted all of 15 minutes. The water was cold to start off. The only other thing she did was scrub my feet for 2 minutes and massage my legs for literally 30 seconds. I am not exaggerating one bit when I say 30sec. She didn't even touch my feet. After 30 sec was up, she just wiped the remaining lotion off of my legs and began to paint my toes. Which is very sloppy and rushed looking. I asked her to repaint and all she did was use her nail to touch up the edges of my toenails. Never again will they get my business. read more

I went in today for a manicure with my daughter and let me just say it was the fastest manicure I have ever had and definitely not in a good way! The lady was rude I asked if she had a similar color as the color I had on my toes and she said go look for it on the wall! She did my daughters and a man did mine they were both done in maybe 15 min it was super rushed. They charged the same price for her manicure (she's 11) and the lady didn't even clean up her nails she removed a bit of cuticle and that was probably it. So, there's a lady named Jay who works here who is KOREAN (total added plus) and speaks ENGLISH (other added plus) and does the best work Ive ever had done in my life. She can do all kinds of amazing nail designs like skull and crossbones and my nails right now are plaid. She also has all the books from Japan where the nail art is 50 times better than it is in the states. So if you need your nails done, def. go to Jay at this place. She just started like a month and a half ago at this place and she used to be at Shear Magic in Yucca. read more

I came here for a pedicure and full set on total it was $48 first off on the sign outside it said 45 for full set ,pedicure and waxed eyebrows. When I came in it was empty but it was also early. Pedicure waa fast and not the best now when my nails had been painted and I had the full set on I asked for a design and paid the extra she began to do some lines in my nails but that was it. Then I told her I wanted a flower she said "that is lines not flower" I really wanted to tell her well Amm first off you never asked wha g i wanted you just did it. She was bothered and took it off and did some flowers and jesus!! Ok so maybe I should have listened when EVERYONE said don't go to these nail salons to get my first Brazilian wax! Worst experience ever,, the girl spoke no English kept laughing everytime I said "ouch" and it just made me even more angry.... It hurt so bad and to go through all that pain the first time around and her not get every part of the hair was horrible! Spend the extra and go somewhere down the hill!! 30 wasn't even worth it but I'll gladly pay the 70$ in order not to have to come home to end up cleaning up their mess and getting the hair they missed which by the way was a lot....
