I am very disappointed in Brennan's Plants. They came to help us clean up our yard. We had lots of…read moreover grown weeds, bushes and trees. I was satisfied with the work. But since they left our ladder has been missing. We had a long ladder leaning against the back of our house. The ladder started at the ground and reached the roof of the first floor/second floor. The ladder was attached to the house. We used the ladder as a fire escape for the second and third floor. When Dave and his crew came he said he would have to move the ladder which we agreed was okay. Dave also suggested to my roommate that he would use the ladder to cut down some of the trees and bushes in the back. A few days after the job was done I realized that the ladder was missing. Several members of our co-op have asked Dave about the missing ladder. He is claiming that we never even had a ladder there. We used the ladder just a few days before he started work. There is no way he did not see the ladder. He had to move it to do the job. Claiming to have never seen the ladder at all makes this ordeal seem very suspicious. I just want our ladder back especially because it is a safety hazard for residents on the second and third floor who rely on it to escape a fire.
