It was great him focusing on the product, not on comparing to other companies,etc. The truth is, if someone wants to buy,they'll buy because of the system qualities, not on the comparison to other companies. That's why, Tony is evidently professional, knows, and enjoys his job. The technician Brandon, who was installing the system was great. He also showed them more efficient ways to wrap furniture. In the end, it cost $1470 for 8 hours of labor which was more than twice what I anticipated. It was over 3 times the original estimate. As far as the work I am very satisfied. The movers were very professional and took great care of all of my household goods including the antique furniture. They were very careful and made sure that all furniture was placed exactly where I wanted. I would recommend this company but if you are tied to a certain budget, be sure to confirm the estimate and potential variance before the project begins.

I had 2 technicians come out to my home thru my warranty company to check for a leak in my shower…read moredrain. The first technician was OK, Mikola. The 2nd one, Matt, came out and wrote up a report about my leak. My shower was improperly installed and I am going to replace it with a new one. The leak has to be fixed. Matt refused to fix the leak and the OSP company will not send out anyone to fix the leak. The basically scammed me out of 100 dollars. I will not use them again and people show be careful about them. I am replying to the owner. I did get scammed because I am will to pay for the leak to be fixed. The shower was installed before I moved in and it passed inspection in 2024. The shower is going to be replaced. The leak needs to be fixed. I will to pay to fix it. I have to find another plummer to diagnosed and fix the problem. I don't understand why the problem canl not fixed by your company. This is bad for business.
