If zero stars were available I would pick it. We had a burst pipe from upstairs bathroom that leaked to the downstairs bathroom, which was just remodeled. The drywall was improperly done where you can see cracks and the crease as well as the texture didn't match the rest of the ceiling. So after Juan came back to fix it they sent the painters. Painted areas that didn't need painting, left paint blobs and used the wrong paint (semi gloss on ceiling, not flat). Now the ceiling is flaking and when we called to tell them they said they would call back and it's been 2 days with no return call. read more

We utilized LFP Restoration as a follow on to WFM Restoration when we had water damage due to a leak in our upstairs master bathroom. WFM did the demo and water mitigation, LFP did the reconstruction. Overall, I would recommend LFP. It took FOREVER to finally be finished (3+ months), but some of that delay was due to USAA Insurance not being available to approve payments. The service was good, and for the most part, responsive. Jasmine was a good POC and Pia explained the financial aspects. We did have a hiccup on the width of the shower glass to be installed, but they made it right. I would use them again. read more

Had a cracked roof tile following a storm that we had. They came out extremely fast to repair the roof. They even were able to find roof tiles that matched my existing tile. My roof tiles were discontinued, but you wouldn't be able to tell a difference with the new tiles. Grateful they were able to get us going so quickly and that I have a repaired roof. Look, I'll be real here. Both the good reviews and the bad reviews have merit. Let's start with the bad because unfortunately, that's what people want to know about. Communication is terrible, no question about it. All the other reviews were spot on with this complaint. I was very lucky to find Jasmin who I MADE my point of contact because no one else was communicating. I went to her for everything and she did a great job wrangling her side and I don't think it was supposed to be her job to be doing that. It's true, the workers will come and ask you, the homeowner, what needs to be done. Or will not know they need to do XYZ. It's quite strange. But again when this happened I would just text or call Jasmin and she would figure it out. Timing and organization is also an issue. Things went in a manner that seemed like they needed to be more cohesive. I felt confused most of the time trying to figure out what was happening next. People would show up randomly without telling me they were going to show up. I tell ya, it was wild lol There should have been a sit-down and planning of what the repairs were, what wasn't available, what needed to be custom, what upgrades, etc. What the next steps were. Pick everything out, now we have a plan and then we execute. But that wasn't the case, everything seemed to be done piecemeal. I can't tell you how many times workers came and couldn't finish or even do the job because things weren't done in the proper order or the communication was lacking. The good, well as I stated above. Jasmin has been a lifesaver so far. The work so far is decent. The subs they used were pretty good so far. The other guys that worked for LFP were also good. The tile work looks decent, although I never got the option to pick a grout color. Painting is, well, its ok. It's not fantastic, feels like one of those "repaint an apartment" type jobs. However I really dislike my textured walls and I don't know how much that is affecting my opinion of the painting, so I'm not really concerned about it nor giving them any guff about it. We are 5-6 weeks in for a 1 bathroom issue so it's taking a while but I think we are in the home stretch. read more

Had these guys do some work after a water pipe broke in the house. Communications between us, their contractors, and office people was absolutely terrible. Took two months to complete everything. Unacceptable! Then on top of it the guy who came in to do the concrete work took it upon himself to pour concrete on my driveway where there was some damage without asking. He did a piss pour job and didn't even tell me about until it was way to late to correct his actions. I was so mad, but tried to be polite. I can't believe these assholes. Just do the work you were contracted to do, and quit trying to hustle me into giving you a tip by screwing up. Not worth using these guys. The only bright spot was Doug, the appraiser. read more

This company decided to schedule themselves when it was convenient for THEM to come work on our bathroom WITHOUT our notice. We found out through our ring camera system that people were IN OUR HOME. So, now both of our bedroom doors are closed off and we cannot move any of our things due to their idiotic decisions to come whenever they please. My wife and I hired LFP Restoration for a restoration and remodeling job affecting our master bathroom, master bedroom, and laundry room. The initial estimate was reasonable and in line with our expectations. LFP handled the coordination and scheduling of various independent contractors for dry wall work, cabinets, flooring, etc. We were very satisfied with the quality of work performed. There were a couple of times when my wife was not completely satisfied with some element of the work, but in every instance LFP and/or their subcontractors corrected the issue to our satisfaction. The work took longer than we expected, and sometimes there were delays in getting work done due to availability of the contractor or materials. The LFP job supervisor was experienced and capable but was simultaneously supervising other jobs which limited his availability. There were periods of time when the job supervisor was not responsive to our communications. We had an issue regarding removal of some scrap materials that the job supervisor was not able to resolve, but the issue was quickly resolved after we elevated it to LFP management. Overall, we were very happy with the work performed by LFP and their subcontractors. Would we work with them again? Yes, and in fact we have contracted with them for a second job involving another part of our house. read more

I don't understand how this company has great reviews when they really should be all bad. They do not know how to coordinate with anyone. They expect me to understand their job. I spoke to other companies that work with them and they even said its not the first time. The workers they send to my house have NO IDEA what they're doing and ask me what needs to be done. How am I supposed to know? All I know is that there was water damage. I don't know anything about plumbing or what the next steps are for something in my bathroom to be fixed. They have taken their sweet time, like months to get my bathroom restored. This family business needs to step up and get new knowledgeable employees or retraining. extremely unprofessional service. do not use this company!!!!! i contracted this company to complete a job for my insurance repair, signed the contract, made a deposit, and they were supposed to show up at 8am on monday to start the work in my garage. one worker shows up at 10am, has never seen or heard of the job before (huh??), says he has to "take measurements", i let him in the garage, she said he will "get scaffolding and drywall" and leaves and never came back. then a "supervisor" comes to my house at 1130am, rings the doorbell repeatedly, i was on a work call and could not answer, and he then calls me cell phone and i answer and say hello, who is this? he says "i'm the supervisor. where is the worker? i thought he would be here." i respond "huh?? he is your employee. you don't know where he is?? he said he didn't have any materials, had to take measurements, and would be right back." he says "oh ok, well i'm going to track him down. call me if there any more issues." um ok. well guess what there are issues. so i called him again at 12:45pm, and he did not answer, so i called the office and was connected with some horrible lady who was supposed to be the "scheduler" and had no information and was extremely belligerent. right now i have demanded a call from the owner of this company. so far this is an absolute disaster. they are so unprofessional, disorganized and argumentative. what a joke. do not use this company!! total bait and switch on this job. i'm on the phone with my insurance company next to help me go after them. if they do not fix this or give me my money back i'm going to sue them and rip them on social media. horrible experience so far. horrible. read more
