I recently received a notification about water leaks detected. I notified MC Plumbing since they have provided work for me in the past and are also Water Smart plumbers. David arrived during the projected work window and immediately troubleshoot the possible source of my leaks. David was professional and friendly. He checked the box at the front of the house and didn't detect any leaks. Next, he turned on the irrigation and discovered leaks in the front of the house. They also checked the rear of the house and found a couple more areas where leaks were present. David showed that he cared by taking the time to explain the situation and ensure I fully understood. Since MC Plumbing LLC doesn't work on irrigation, David suggested I contact my landscaper to repair the areas with leaks. I greatly appreciate their assistance and would recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Their prices have been reasonable whenever I have used their plumbing services. *April 7th update* Everything is finally finished and my tankless water heater is installed and working. Read my previous review to get all the details from before, but to finish up the review, MC plumbing took care of everything that was damaged and/or not up to par. They had an electrician come out and fix the wires that were damaged during wall removal. After that, a drywall guy came out and fixed the drywall that was unnecessarily removed. They got rid of the tank water heater and moved some of the piping to a new location. It was quite a long process but very glad everything was taken care of. Spoke with the owner, along with Sally and Dave multiple times. Everyone was very pleasant to work with overall and I'm very glad MC Plumbing fixed everything. Updated from 1 star, to 4 stars. I would still recommend them to other people, even though there were some bumps along the way. read more

As a home owner I need a reliable plumber who gets the job done. MC Plumbing is easy to get a hold of and schedule work with. They arrive when they say and get the job done professionally. I've used them about 4 times now including fixing under-the-sink leaks, replacing old valves in my laundry room and replacing a water heater. In their most recent job I was charged $375 parts and labor to replace old and leaky water bibs in that go to my clothes washer. This involved cutting away a small section of drywall to access the pipes and my only complaint is that I wish they either had a drywall guy who could repair the wall or could recommend someone who could do that work since they don't. I mean they must have to cut drywall frequently, how hard would it be to partner up with a company that can repair this? Anyway, I am pleased with the work they have done and again, I cannot stress enough how nice it is to have a company that arrives when they say they will. He said the work looked fine to him. When these photos were sent to Scott Root, he called me a dumb b*****. He said if the $150 bill wasn't paid he would lien the house and start collections. They are scrambling for pennies over at MC Plumbing, evidentally. They should spend their time watching Youtube videos on how to professionally caulk a shower instead. Be careful letting these people into your property to do any work. Once you do, you'll probably have to start litigation against them to hold them accountable for terrible work. We called MC Plumbing to fix a leak. Our dishwasher which was working before they came is now not hooked up to a water source. We contacted them about it and they refuse to accept any responsibility. For this reason, we now have to have another plumber come and fix the "work" that MC Plumbing did. I would never recommend them at this point. After several emails with this company where they blamed us for their attitude, ultimately, we had to pay for a plumber twice. Very disappointing. Called MC plumbing because we could not get hot water out of the shower. Only warm. They reversed something in the valve so that the cold water dial produced hot water and the hot water dial produced cold. I guess we at least had hot water but the dials should not be switched. We called them back to fix it and they put it back the way it was where we only got warm water - back to where we started from when we called them. Unfortunately we paid them and they won't come out to fix it or refund our money. I now consider them thieves. At least admit that you don't know how to fix something so we can call someone who does. read more

Called MC Plumbing regarding replacing some pex pipe above water heater in attic after a water leak and before the walls get closed up and drywalled. Showed Aaron Wagstaff a piece of the pipe and asked him to inspect the pipe from the water heater to where the leak was ( approx) 10-12 feet. He took one look at the plastic pipe and said he could not replace that piece of pipe WITHOUT LOOKING at the area in the attic. He could however replace all of our pipes in the attic for $9,700. We called another plumber and he actually went up in the attic and looked at the area we had the leak. Turns out all the piping in the attic had been replaced except the short area where we had the leak. Clearly Aaron wanted to earn $9,700 and didn't care about what the job actually looked like. Do not hire this company if you live in a Mobil home, they will not enter to do the work required to unplug your drains, they only work from the outside only if you have a clean out hole , they only have 85 feet of snake which in my case was to short , wasted 200.00, With nothing to show, I call the real plumbing company ROTO ROTER, yes it cost a lot more, but a 12 month warranty and they use high pressure water jet to clean out the drains, all the way to the sewer line in the street. read more

I was doing a remodel of my bathroom when I found I had a leaking p-trap in my shower drain. My house is old and has cast iron pipes. I called MC because after consulting some pros at the big box store they had me concerned about doing work on the pipes since they are prone to cracking.
