This is a car wash that requires you to exit your vehicle so that the attendant who i think is possibly the owner can load your car onto the conveyor belt. Well today he rudely told me that he is tired of having to do that every day, which by the way is his job and rudely critiqued me because i was not loading my car in the rightful manor. I want people to know that as a nurse i can't tell my patients to give themselves injections or pills because I'm tired of having to do it. We chose the business we get into. I took my car here to get washed and instead of it getting was it ended up getting damaged the owner got half of the damages that was done at his establishment fixed and when I call him asking him when do he want me to bring the car back so the rest of the damages done to the car can be fixed he tells me he is not going to fix the rest of the of the and for me to stop calling his phone and when I told him I'm going to report him to the better business bureau he said go ahead they are not going to help me get my car fixed and two of his employees told me to report him. read more

I stopped here because my car was filthy inside and I'm on my way to a family gathering out of town and have a feeling someone will be getting in my car at some point today. I'm standing outside watching them dry off and clean the inside. The guy while slow-ish, is being very attentive and I already saw him take out my cup holder liner and spray it with cleaner and wipe the shmutz out. I have been coming to Joshua's Car Wash since it was Zero 2 Sixty Car Wash. Mike is always pleasant and greets you with a smile when you pull the car into the driveway. The customer service is great and the staff is always willing to go the extra mile and are open to feedback. They take their time and give your car a thorough cleaning inside and out. The waiting area is clean and has various items for sale for your car and some snacks and beverages if you feel for something to eat or drink. I have been living in the neighborhood for 14 years and I do not take my car anywhere else to be cleaned. I only wish they were open later during the week. I have also brought my car and both my parents cars for detailing and they have always done a thorough job. Drop it off in the morning and pick it up later in the day. read more

I love this place. I can't complain. Been getting service from them for 3 years now and not one complaint I have. They clean your very good inside and out . Worth my $20. I just wish they could be a little steeper with the monthly wash. I would love to be on it but not for no $195. I just want that a wash and vaccumm inside and out for a good price. This was my car wash for a while, but I am now disappointed with the service I am now receiving. I am paying for the exotic wash that cost over $24.99 plus tax. After the car (high end) came out of the wash, there is abt 2 or three workers total rushing to do the cars. 9/14/18, will be my last visit. There was basically 2 workers working in that area after my car came out of the wash. The back, front of car not wipe off, inside of car wasn't clean, and so much more. I had to asked this worker with the blond hair to clean the inside glass (He asked me if it was dirty???? REALLY???) Very disappointed. This place disappoints every single time I come. The ONLY reason I ever come is because it's located 3 blocks away from my house. But the prices are outrageous for the services provided, they tack on fees that aren't displayed on the price list - like a $3 small SUV fee, this isn't written anywhere on the price list but somehow I was charged that. I will NEVER come back to this place again or recommend it to anyone. This place shouldn't even get one star. I had an oil change on Monday and on Thursday my car over heated. When I called to inform them that antifreeze wasn't put into my car the lady transferred me over to Frankie who was extremely nasty and rude off the back.
