I was in Brooklyn trying to cross some things off my list of errands and decided to try this car wash which was close by. They really did a good job cleaning! I had some bird poop on my car that was sitting on there for at least 2 weeks (don't judge me) and it really got it off. I only got the outside of the car cleaned and paid $20 and I think it was well worth it! The wait also wasn't too bad. My only critique is how the men don't tell you when they are done drying it. They just walk away and leave your car as if someone won't just hop in and drive off! But other than that I recommend. read more

This use to be one of the better place to go for a car wash but like most business in our country ran by foreigners the expense of customer service goes out the door once they start making money. They wouldn't honor a free car wash that they promise with an oil change due to it being only 1 day expired even though I went their o 2x's and weather permitted the car wash. I've been coming to this place for quite a few years to get my oil changed, and the car detailed. When I first started coming, I didn't have a specific person that I went to and got a few bad apples. Luckily, one of the managers put me with my fav tech, Baga (he's amazing and humble). He's kept my car in great condition, accurate on my sticker for when it's time for me to return and let's me know if I need other repairs to report to my regular mechanic since they dont offer full auto repair services. The prices have gone up about $20 per service over the past year, but still can't beat the value of a great oil change with a wash. Make sure you tip the folks who service your vehicle! read more

They are the worst. I paid $37 my car wasn't dried properly and when I'm going to my car one of the guys that puts the rugs on the car, tells me that they put my original Toyota all weather mats on another car and they left with my mats. This happened on a Friday they offered me some tech weather mats and I told them no that's not the original mats for my car. I told them that Toyota is open on sat that I can go buy it and they could return my money back and I'll bring the receipt. They said no. It's Monday and they still haven't ordered my mats. How is this even possible. The worst of the worst and then they give you an attitude like is your fault. I wish I can give them no stars. The first time I visited I was kindly asked to return the next day. This is because I wanted a detail and they did not have the staff to do the detailing. I returned a week later, and I told the guys near the vacuums I wanted to get my carpet cleaned as advertised on the side of the building for $46 dollars. This person told me that it would cost $140 (I did not know at the time having "mats cleaned" is very different from shampooing mats. I went back and forth with him for about 3 minutes until I just accepted I would pay $140 to have my interior cleaned (it's possible there was a language barrier preventing clear communication between us but based on everything that happened after this I highly doubt it). When I went inside, I just so happened to run into the manager. I caught him in the middle of a conversation with another customer who was asking for car detailing on his truck and I noticed he was given a different price $130. I then asked to speak with the manager and told him I felt that I was being taken advantage of. I clarified that I wanted my car detailed and the mats cleaned. He then went out of his way to stop the guys working on my car and get the order changed. He even took my receipt and replaced it with a new one. As soon as he handed it to me, I looked at it and I noticed there was a car wash added on that. I never asked for a car wash--I actually just had my car washed a week prior and did not need that service. The manager told me it was too late because they were already pulling my car into the car wash. I told him "ok." I then went and spoke with the woman at the cash register who told me she was going to get her "big boss." I guess that's the primary supervisor. When the primary supervisor addressed the manager with the issue, the manager began yelling and told him that I ordered the car wash. It was all so casually disrespectful, dishonest, and degrading. I can't help but assume I was treated this way because I'm a Black woman (the mangers were both people of color). I am new to New York and learning the hard way that you can get ripped off at car washes in similar ways to getting ripped off by a mechanic. It was my first time here, went to get an oil change and a car wash. But the "line system" was confusing, especially because the place was packed! Tried to ask a worker if we were in the right line for an oil change and wash...he seems like he couldn't understand us, but he still said "yes". Ended up we were in the wrong line. So we just settled for a wash. Waited 25 mins just to get a crappy car wash. If we wanted an oil change it was a 2 hour wait. Wow! I'm completely blown away with the service here. I now will be coming here. I was away for 2 weeks and my car was sitting. When I came back my car had this funky smell... it smelled like something died inside. I was worried about it and stopped by here because of some of the reviews. I'm really glad that I did! The prices are relative to those around so it's fine. I was able to get my interior and exterior cleaned for about $50! It seems like a lot but, the smell was gone and my car was looking brand new! It took about 50 minutes for them to clean everything which was fine becuase they did such a great job. I will be back for my future car washes! read more

Meh... Im not going to lie I think this place is just OK. I been washing my car here for about a year now. I never REALLY had any problem with this place until last Friday. I went to wash my car as normal I come back and I noticed that the brushes knocked my front bumper off its housing and the passenger side of my car was flooded with water. They used the wet vac to dry it up not too bad but the bumper is def not flush with the front of the car... a bit upset but what ever. They are ok... IT was really how the manager addressed it... he literally just brushed me off even though I showed him that it was fine before I went to get the wash... I just so HAPPENED to take a pic of it before I washed it... but that is completely coincidental... but he didnt care. This place is garbage. I forget and come here once every two years and I'm immediately reminded why I never come here. Expensive and they do the worst job. Plus customer service sucks. Getting my jeep washed today to go to Vermont. Spent over $30 and they didn't even wash the mats. They said it was too busy after I had already paid and expressed I wanted the inside cleaned. The inside is more important that the outside. Doesn't make sense. I even offered to pay more just because I have a time restraint and need to get on the road and I don't have time to go to another car wash to get the inside cleaned. After a 2 minute argument they agreed to wash my mats for extra money. The woman at the register is a fucking nightmare.
