Amazing, positive experience!......Prime Painting is professionally run and professionally staffed. Armando Arias, the owner, is an experienced painter who has risen through the ranks from apprentice to journeyman union painter and now a contractor. He is honest, friendly and very knowledgable about painting, including preparation, product and application. He listened to us and made helpful suggestions during the discussions about painting the exterior of our house. His estimate was one of three but his was the only one that included sufficient detail and explanation that convinced us that he understood not just what we wanted but what he was getting into with this job. He personally took charge of the contract signing and payments. We feel we received great value for the price. Prime Painting's experienced crew took direction from Mr. Arias and, under his leadership and guidance, they worked side by side with him performing prep work including power washing stucco and patching damaged siding, before launching into the spray painting followed by the detailed hand painting. Communication was very open and timely. Despite, several interruptions by rain followed by some drying out time, the job was completed close to the schedule. The crew even worked on a weekend and at least one nearly 12-hour day to play catch up!! Mr. Arias also went above and beyond and took care of some special requests as part of the overall job. We were so impressed with the work that we commissioned a new job from Prime Painting to coat our patio deck!! Prime Painting made us feel comfortable signing the contract prior to the job starting by showing us all their credentials and insurance information. Everyday when I came home from work, the would walk me through what was completed that day along with wha the next days goals were. They even told us arrival times so I could ensure my dogs weren't outside! House color recommendations were all appreciated! The price seemed to be a value when original quote was received!! We had our mid 70's home/ Ranchouse exterior painted by Prime Paint out of Reedly CA. We checked out the older house he was painting in Three Rivers where we live. We had the full exterior and interior of our commercial building painted by Armando and his team. We were under a tight deadline and he worked with us every step of the way. The price was more than fair considering the amount of prep and labor everything took. They went over and above for us, even came back to paint a roll up door that we had to replace for mechanical reasons the day after it was installed so we could keep the aesthetic of our building looking nice for our opening. Prime Painting painted the outside of our house, and it turned out amazing! Our home is about 20 years old and had the original manufacture paint mixed in with the stucco. The facia boards were loosing their original paint as well. I am a bit particular about paint brand and color, so we requested they use Sherwin Williams. They normally use another paint brand, but they were quick to be flexible with our request. The first day they power washed the house. They let the house sit for a day to let it dry thoroughly. Next, they took their time to prep the house by removing fixtures, taping off windows, filling in cracks with calking (some cracks were so deep they also needed a bit of stucco). They even moved the mulch and dirt away from the house. Prepping took several days. Next, they started painting. They did 2 coats. When they were almost done painting, Adrian, the co-owner, had us go around the house and mark any unfinished spots with tape. He allowed us to be picky over the finished product, and insisted that we don't hand him the final check until we were happy. Within an hour, he and his other crew member had addressed all of the spots we pointed out. I'm pretty particular about quality and how my house looks, and was very very happy with the end result. They even brought in extra weekend help to get the job done a couple days before a storm comes in. Well done Prime Painting team!! read more

Very disappointed with Armondo's work and the way he handled himself! We bought a brand new home and wanted the interior painting. I paid him $6800 and it looks like a 3 year old painted my walls. They came back once to do touch ups and missed over half of them. The finish work around the fixtures is awful and they got paint all over my floors and didn't clean it up. I wish I could get my money back! Wouldn't recommend half a star! I have text messages proving he said he would fix it and then he just ignored my calls. At first glance my house looked nice but then we started walking around hanging things and decorating and noticed over 50 spots missed. We put paint tape everywhere he missed and asked him to do redo the finish work but he never followed through. Very unprofessional read more
