My wife was totally taken in by the furs. So soft and luxurious and out of our budget, for now! The store also boasts lamps and other Turkish gifts that are gorgeous beyond description. Our LL hired Big Bob's to take care of the issue, and from our very first interaction with them, they were nothing but friendly and helpful. The gentleman who came to measure the area, Tony, was very amiable and professional, and made my husband and I feel much more comfortable with the whole process. When the big day was upon us, the two gentlemen that Big Bob's sent over were also very nice. One of the poor guys had just thrown out his back, and was in visible pain, but still managed to be super friendly and understanding, and immediately put me at ease. There was a tiny bit of confusion about how much carpeting was to be replaced, but our LL straightened things out very quickly, and Big Bob's sent another excellent representative (I believe his name is Jamie), who explained the situation and gave me an estimate of how long the process would take. Initially, I was told it would probably take a full day, and the finishing touches would be done the next morning. I was surprised at how quickly they planned to get things done! So, imagine my astonishment and gratitude (!) when it turned out that the efficient and diligent crew from Big Bob's was able to finish carpeting 3 bedrooms, a hallway, nearly 30 stairs, and a landing all in one day! That is some seriously hard work those guys have to do, and they did an amazing job. The odor from the previous tenants is completely gone, and it is as though a cloud (a really gross one) has been lifted! I didn't realize it until they were done, but the overwhelming odor had really been bumming me out and making me a less than pleasant person to interact with. I am much happier now - thank you Big Bob's! Needless to say, my husband and I are thrilled with the excellent work that the gentlemen from Big Bob's did, and highly recommend them.

Our purchase was time sensitive because we were selling property. The plans changed when I arrived twenty minutes before Big Bobs was closing to look at materials a salesperson had listed in a quote. The young brunette kid across the counter was flanked by two or three others at another counter. He responded like a teenager who was really put out by a customer. He didn't want to offer any information or help us look for other options Or choices and expected we would navigate the store which by the way is not customer friendly since most items are sold out or longtime orders out. The other people at the counter acted as if we were his problem alone. As we left the young boy followed us out. Long story short the big box store was open. We upgraded and yes bought the padding and were treated like a paying customer. A customer Big Bobs lost who happily learned our three floors were cheaper and the installation was bid and installed faster with more selections to choose from. So I would skip Big Bobs again and have already steered a few people to the choices that I learned were better the Big Bobs.

We went to get her when we found a couple of tiles that piqued our interest and she showed us additional options that we wouldn't have thought of on our own. The check samples out to you as well and we came home with three boards of tile to look at against our kitchen counters. As we were walking to the front, she mentioned the furniture and decor showroom downstairs and holy moly were we shocked by it!! Shocked and pleasantly surprised!!! I purchased new flooring for my bird room from Giant Don's Flooring in September. I clearly stated,…read moremultiple times, that nothing toxic could be used in that room due to my allergies/asthma and to ensure the safety of my birds. There were many issues with the quality of work itself, still unresolved and ignored by Giant Don's. They just shrugged it off and blamed the installers, who are contracted and not employees of Giant Don's. The installers used products that made all of us ill, and ultimately caused the death of my most beloved bird after 6 weeks of constant emergency vet visits and around the clock care. I specified that the work needed to be completed before winter. It wasn't scheduled until Nov 7, too late for effective ventilation of the room. A second bird developed identical symptoms on Dec 4, after being back in the room since Nov 23. He was relocated to another room immediately and recovered after nebulizer treatments and supplemental oxygen. My parrot, who was only in the room intermittently and for short periods of time, developed severe edema from inflammation and has been on medications for almost three weeks. Their vet bills and associated expenses have exceeded $3000 at this point. My allergies and asthma were exacerbated, in addition to having constant headaches. I didn't immediately make the connection to the paint fumes, as my sense of smell is poor due to allergies. More than two months later, I still can't be in that room for more than a few minutes at a time and don't know when (or IF) it will ever be safe for my remaining birds. I contacted Giant Don's, in writing, around Dec 5 after the illness of my second bird confirmed that toxic fumes in their room were causing their respiratory distress. I requested a list of all the products that were used in the room to assist my vet with diagnosis and treatment protocols. They didn't even have the decency to respond. When I called, the manager, Mike, admitted that Kilz2 is "very toxic". At no time was I advised of that and no precautionary statements were made by Giant Don's at the time of the flooring purchase. The list of materials Mike provided didn't match what I have in the photos I took during the installation, but he confirmed that Kilz2 was the most likely source of the toxic fumes. Do not let these people into your home. They don't care about your health or safety, and even less about blatantly causing the death of a pet. They have been completely indifferent, unresponsive, and unapologetic, while I am left to deal with unexpected vet bills and the loss of a cherished companion.

We were told it might take up to 8 weeks for our order to arrive in Alaska because we ordered a color they did not have in stock. That's totally fine, things take time to get shipped up here. Well, 8 weeks came and went and we had zero contact from the store about when our order would be delivered. Finally after calling and emailing them several times I got a call back saying that they would be scheduling the delivery for 1 November 25. The night prior to our scheduled delivery, we got a call from Russell (the salesperson that placed our order for us) saying that Richard (another salesperson) forgot to order a piece of the bed so the bed would actually not be delivered on 1 November. He said that Richard no longer works for their company and so he'd fix Richard's mistake. Richard did not take our order, Russell did. Russell then said he'd talk to a store manager about getting our $150 delivery fee refunded and he'd call us back the next day to confirm how we'd like that refund sent to us. We did not receive a call the next day or for the next several days. I emailed Russell and asked for an update and then he called my husband to tell him he needed a manager's approval and that he'd call my husband back the next day when a manager was in the store to assist. Well guess what, no call then either. We have requested to talk to a manger several times and every single time the response is "one should be working tomorrow". At the end of November, after not receiving any word about a refund on our delivery fee, I emailed Russell AGAIN to ask for an update on the refund and once again requested to speak to a manager. He said that our check was already in the mail and that he forwarded my contact information to the manager to call me. When the check arrived it was dated one day after I sent that email so he either forgot to send it or hoped that we would forget about the $150. Our bed finally got delivered on 13 December 2025, almost four months later. I am 8 months pregnant and slept on a mattress on the floor while waiting for this bed. I feel like I straight up harassed these people to get this bed delivered which is outrageous. I understand that things take time to get delivered up here, but when we were quoted 8 weeks and that time doubled because of a mistake on the company's part, I would have (at the very least) expected to speak to a manager when I requested to speak to one. They have done absolutely nothing to try to rectify this situation except make empty promises and place blame on other salespeople that don't even work at the store anymore. I have called and emailed both the salesperson that helped order our items and their company's direct email and I get nowhere with either. The same happens when I call, if they answer the phone at all. To date I have still not received a call back from a manager. I don't believe that one actually works at this store, nor do they give a s*** about what goes on there. Mistakes happen, but for the price point of this furniture, I am really really disappointed by the lack of concern they have for trying to correct a problem that they caused. I do NOT recommend shopping here. Support a different business that will actually value your hard-earned money and not try to give you the run around.

No pressure sales associates that are there to answer questions but also give you the time and space you need to linger and discuss pieces and options. They too offer not only furniture but decor as well. I'm sure their style isn't for everyone, however we found many decor items and furniture pieces that were beautiful! Though not their job, the crew broke down another piece in another room and swapped them out. $149 delivery fee. They got you coming and going.
