They are a part of Orrville's Runions' Furniture and carry various styles of furniture: couches, tables, beds, mattresses, lighting, home accents and misc gifts. They have the typical big name furniture brands like Serta and La-Z-Boy but also modern styling and patterns from brands like Trica, Norwalk and Steven Shell, the former I've always liked. They're also carrying Luminara candles and Coblentz chocolates, I'm guessing for the upcoming holiday season. If you're not in the market for furniture have a walk through to experience all they have. You might find something small for you or a friend. Friendly staff that aren't at all pushy. There's a side showroom of discounted items, which has a clever name, but forget what it is.

Example, you love that gorgeous wood table with the glass and tile inlay? That's the only one they've got and it didn't come out of catalog - someone made it in a studio in Southern Ohio. Same with some of their decorative art pieces. Fish Furniture or Levin's this is NOT. Which is why I love this store! It's half art gallery - half furniture store. I called Bennet's in Orrville Ohio where I purchased it and they said we would have to get with warranty company. I called warranty company. I had a hard time understanding the person from another country. They wanted to send out a local repair place that has 1 star rating. From what I read I definitely did not want him to come out to look at our refrigerator. I called Bennet's back to see if I could just pay their repair technician to come out and look at it. They said they don't have repair technicians anymore. Had I know this, I definitely would not have purchased my refrigerator there. Buyer beware Bennet's in Orrville Ohio does not repair the products that they sell. I spent over 2000.00 and I am very disappointed in Bennet's costumer service.

She hired the handyman they use to install the appropriate electric and install the unit in the window. She called me stating the unit was damaged. My husband went to look at it, called them and sent pictures of the damage. The front cover wouldn't even close and he used duct tape to keep it in tact. The handyman called my husband back and said he would come back and look at it. He never showed. I called the store and they never offered to replace the unit. Instead simply stated "well it's working". I explained that my sister paid good money for a new conditioner and it should be in new condition and not damaged. The girl just wanted to argue with me. I told her I didn't like the way we were being treated and wanted to bring it back for a refund. I asked for the owner to call me. I never got a call back. Is this the Hometown service they pride themselves with? I think not. The 80 year old that has the issue with your mattress and 8 months later still not rectified. I suggest you take them to small claims to get your money back. How sad that they take advantage of the elderly and disabled. Unfortunately my sister passed away last week with this issue still on her mind. I've never experienced such poor customer service.

This is your run-of-the-mill thrift store. Quite large, too. Lots of clothing, but also a decent…read moresized selection of furniture and housewares, books, and odds-and-ends. They appear to be religious (Christian) based as they are not open Sundays, like many stand-alone thrift stores. I've often also seen them staffed by Mennonites - fairly common in the Wooster area. The store is clean and well stocked with a variety of things. I always dig through the arts and crafts stuff and pull out cards for birthdays and holidays. I've found piles of yarn and gifted them to my older family members who are into knitting. Prices are great, as you'd expect from thrift stores, but seem even better here than at others.. Staff has always been friendly and the atmosphere relaxed, allowing for you to take your time and dig for unique finds and "treasures". However, I've found more unique items and deals at other thrift stores like Goodwill than here, usually.

Just bought a new chainsaw that lasted 2 weeks. Thought I was completely ok with the situation, I have a warranty and never had anything negative experiences prior to this. After my saw had been to 2 different Ace Hardware stores. They told me Sthil would not warranty my saw due the chain being on the saw backwards. Thats completely understandable if I had the chain on backwards. But I just bought and only used it a handful of times before it would no longer start. Never once did I take the bar off my saw. So basically I'm called a liar and out $550 for a saw I just purchased. Sthil will not help and Ace was kinda enough to offer me a new saw at store cost for $450 . Sad...I try to always support the smaller local hardware and turns out that they don't really care.
