Steve has a good attitude, and is probably the first ever "handyman" to leave me an invoice! Steve is not your "everyday" handyman. I am proud to leave him his first review! The next morning he provided me an estimate without ever making the agreed upon visit to the home to review the work that needed to be done. I only found he did not visit the home because of a specific question I asked that could have been easily answered had he made the visit as promised. It wasn't until then that he admitted he did not visit the home. His "estimate" was also considerably more expensive than others that made the visit as promised. Most likely because Tuan Anh's estimate was made without any effort. Not an honest way to conduct business.
