The employee there was argumentative and no matter how I explained my need, he argued. I had even brought in the filter cartridge to show him. He got so mad that he threw two fittings against the wall!!! I said, "I don't need this" and walked out. I drove to Home Depot, explained what I needed, and within one minute I was walking out with my adapter. You would think that for small businesses they would try harder with customer service so they could compete with the big box stores.
