Tom Bauman has taken care of my property since early summer this year. He and his wife are honest, hard working people who have successfully earned my trust by clearing brush, pressure washing and staining my back deck. I highly recommend. It is hard to find people who actually do what you pay them to do.

I had to wait until I had at least a half day's work before he would come. Also his rates kept getting higher from job to job. The last time he was here, I was charged for a half day yet he skipped half of the items on my list and he was done within 2 hours. I have had to stop using him for those reasons. I need someone who is willing to come for smaller jobs and whose charges an hourly ... rather than half day ... rate. He did the best work of any handyman I've used ... so I'm sad I can no longer use him.

The next morning he provided me an estimate without ever making the agreed upon visit to the home to review the work that needed to be done. I only found he did not visit the home because of a specific question I asked that could have been easily answered had he made the visit as promised. It wasn't until then that he admitted he did not visit the home. His "estimate" was also considerably more expensive than others that made the visit as promised. Most likely because Tuan Anh's estimate was made without any effort. Not an honest way to conduct business.
