Unfortunately, her demeanor during the interaction was less than professional. She appeared impatient in helping me, which made the experience uncomfortable. What stood out to me even more was the noticeable shift in her attitude when another person approached the register; she suddenly became friendly and upbeat. This inconsistency felt disingenuous and disappointing, especially in a customer-facing role. I value good customer service and wanted to bring this to your attention in the hopes that it will be addressed. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with the same courtesy and respect. which she seemed old enough to know better.

Anyways, choosing between the shisheido eyelash curler, and my last one was the tweezerman, loved it - but couldn't find it. Jillian suggested one of 2 and the other Tarte! I've avoid this eye lash curler mainly because the handle was purple , not an Ulta thing - just a mark of Tarte. Anyways, Jillian sold me, the grip, the pressure, came with a sample size free Mascara. Sold. Purchased it, got a free mascara to give to the sister to an event tonight, and lashes stayed all night. I was the one that actually initiated the up-sell because I liked some of the other suits I saw instead. There's paint damage to the front of the bike, and the gear switch. My lines were left a mess at the front of the bike. There was grease left all over the bike. None of this was ever brought to my attention, and in my excitement I didn't notice until I arrived home late Friday night. When I was handed my envelope I had to fold it to get it into my pocket. So I asked is there anything breakable in here? "No' you can go ahead and fold that." I heard the disc break as I folded the envelope. I tool pictures outside the shop, so after I noticed the damaged paint I zoomed in later that night, and you can clearly see what I'm talking about before I had even left the store. I'm very disappointed with my experience, and all future cycling purchases will be made elsewhere.

They have the infamous Cherry Republic candies and products that are perfect for Michigan gift giving. They have home decor items that are artfully crafted and that you won't see anywhere else.
