terrible experience I went to this med spot to get my lips done. I explained to the doctor the last time I had them done that the borders of my lips are very thin and they did it this way and she said oh it's no big deal whenever we were done, she just handed me at the mirror said look at it. I told her it was not even she put Maradona said it'll be OK however it was not so I called to schedule an appointment. They never would answer. They texted me a date and time I told him I could do it then they told me it wasn't available and then I made an appointment for today. I drove over 45 minutes to get there because I live an hour and 15 minutes away. I tried explaining that to her I did get stuck behind a wreck and they said I had a 15 minute grace period. Then she calls me back and says that the doctor's last patient before me was coming in early so they were just going to cancel my appointment even though I was only 15 minutes down the road. Do not want to fix what they messed up for free. That's pretty sad to leave somebody with your name on it like that, but I guess as a patient, you don't matter to them told me that she would be in the room when I got them done, and I had to go back a second time for her to fix it because even her front desk admitted that it was uneven, never was she in the room she doesn't follow through with what she says either I would stay clear from this place for sure way over priced too. Got another IV today and I really like this place. Some IV centers have you herded like cattle in a room with other people. Here you get a private room with a comfy bed that's adjustable, pillows, blankets, it's nice and dark and they have an awesome soothing soundtrack and graphics on TV. The entire staff is awesome. Megan at the front desk was super friendly as always and Karina did a great job with the IV - I literally didn't feel a thing. I was so relaxed I took a nap lol. I think of IVs like oil changes. You can go to the coupon place and wait in long lines and get a cookie cutter experience or you can pay a little more, go to a trusted mechanic who you know is using real oil and is going to look your car over and give you good advice. I purchased a coupon using Groupon and I called Joel to make a appointment I waited three weeks for my appointment & arrived for and they wouldn't take my coupon. I could have been told weeks ahead & prior to my arrival. They were very rude and truly don't appreciate there customers. I've been there 2 times prior and they wouldn't consider taking my coupon that was already paid for.....They truly don't appreciate customers, such horrible customer service . Unbelievable! I had an appointment with Dr. Gyani. Their text auto-reminder system asks you to confirm appointment and also tells patients that a $25 cancellation fee will be charged if not canceled within 48 hours. I confirmed my appointment, but- later, received a positive COVID-19 result. I informed them of the diagnosis and canceled the appointment out of an abundance of safety for other clients and the community. I asked to confirm if, given the reason, the fee would be waived. The response was "We do understand we are going through a pandemic, however, this is a policy THE DOCTOR IS ENFORCING due to the high volume of reschedules and cancellations". I was SHOCKED at the lack of scruples and the level of greed surrounding the decision that Dr. Gyani made. Many business are suffering but this is one sure way to ensure your customers won't be coming back. I agree with some of the Groupon feedback others have given. The fine print on the Groupon says IT CAN BE REPURCHASED EVERY 180 DAYS. I had purchased one, then they did not honor it. They should read and, more importantly, honor their own fine print! Such a shame as I was otherwise happy with the service I would go in for. NOTE: They pass around an iPad for you to set up your account profile with no offer of hand sanitizer- a bit questionable on COVID protocols. Reading other reviews, I can conclude that others, like me, who purchased a Groupon, were not treated well when we returned with another Groupon that was sent to us as a " purchase again," promotion. It was never communicated by anyone that we couldn't re-purchase the deal. However, Lyndsey, an esthetician working there was very sweet and empathetic in the way she explained the policy, and I decided to go ahead and buy at the regular rate. However, I was treated rudely by the doctor as I was checking out. Still, I made another appointment with Lyndsey, recently to find out she isn't there anymore. Go figure. Here is a novel idea by a fellow business owner; verbal communication is key instead of expecting customers to read a sign posted, which I personally never saw. That's Business 101.Never assume! Another pointer: good customer service skills like kindness and empathy are important if you want repeat customers. Maybe consider taking yourself off of Groupon? read more

Dr Gyani is YHE BEST Botox provider I have ever used! I have been getting Botox for almost 10 years and moved from Hawaii to San Antonio 2 years ago. In Hawaii I had tried at least 6 other providers. When I found Dr Gyani 2 years ago I have been consistently going to her for Botox every 3 months. We have moved to Bulverde and Jovem is now 45 min from my home but I will never go to anyone else! She is the best. There are a lot of scams out there and a lot of providers who don't know how to use the product also when you go to the same provider consistently they get to know your face. Terrible customer service. I was recently charged a "no-show fee" for having covid. This office has cancelled and rescheduled on me several times in the past without a 48 hour notice and is not setting the same standards for both patient and provider. I expressed concern and did not hear back, instead was charged anyways. I attempted to speak to someone about this several times over text and call and did not hear back. Asked to speak to the doctor/owner and was told "she does not deal with this stuff". Very upsetting experience and I suggest if you have covid, just go to your appointment and put the office and other patients at risk since that's the message they're putting out. read more

In response to Abha G. my Groupon did not say anything about a consultation fee. This is a shady business practice and I can see I am not the only one. Just read the other reviews the majority agree you run a shady business. Also, in response to you saying that this Groupon is only for a one time use or that you can only purchase one. That is not what the Groupon says. It says may be repurchased every 180 days. If you don't want to honor a Groupon that someone has repurchased as the Groupon states then take that wording out. Again very shady business practice. If you are going to charge for a consultation then you must put that information in the Groupon otherwise shut up about it saying consultation required. Consultation required does not mean there is a consultation fee. read more

I bought a Groupon . When I called for an appointment, they informed me they would not honor the Groupon because I had already used one for them. I had used the Groupon months ago and bought another one. I explained that their advertisement did not advise that you could only use a Groupon at their business once. They refused to honor it and take responsibility for the false advertising. Be careful. Once you buy the Groupon you cannot get a refund.
