I would NOT recommend them. I had never had m eyelashes done before & was honestly excited to do so. I work full-time & travel quite a bit, so I made my appointment 3 weeks in advanced. I have friends who are quite protective of me & when I told them I had made an appointment on Wednesday the 29th they decided to come w/ me to ask questions about glue, etc - they had never head of Chrystele and were a little surprised she didn't have a website or gave me pamphlet when I first made the appointment in person. Already a red flag. Well, the establishment is closed on wed except for Chrystele being there. No one was there to open the door or answer the phone. Okay, so we thought who forgets their own appointment w/ a new client? I hadn't received one courtesy phone all, text or email but she apparently had cancelled my appt without feeling the need to notify me. I had never experienced such unprofessional behavior from an esthetician in my life, I'm glad I wasn't by myself, so others could see. It's extremely upsetting when your time isn't valued, and someone who represents an establish behaves like this. I'm not sure if she is the owner, manager or what exactly her position is at Bio 2, but she definitely acts like she can treat anyone the way she desires- I would never recommend an establishment who cancels on a client because they "didn't feel like seeing me". A call or text would've been sufficient enough to notify me instead of wasting my time by having me drive over there. *Do your research, make sure it's someone reputable and reliable. That gives you plenty of informative about the procedure, care and doesn't treat their possible future clients with disrespect. There are plenty of other places you can go. read more
