That misguided action speaks volumes as to the judgment of Owen Welch -- any decent person would have just sent us the information as to our rights, but instead he preferred to deny those rights to us while having taken a large fee for doing very little work selling our former residence. ASARs was able to use the professional stucco inspection we had already completed instead of requiring another one, which saved us time and money. Once the old stucco was removed, they discovered additional framing damage, but they repaired it the right way while honoring their original quote. The crew arrived early, stayed organized, completed the project in just a couple of days, and did outstanding work. The new stucco and paint match perfectly, and they even sealed a few additional gaps around the exterior of our home. We received several quotes, and ASARs was the fairest by far.
