I asked for confirmation of time, and was given 10am to Noon. That time frame came and went, and nobody showed, nobody called or texted that they would be late. I had to text these people several times before i even got a response. The Response? I was told they came by and saw that my gutters were over full and too wet and thus they skip those houses, as a result. Well 1.) Nobody came by my house that day and 2.) The gutters were not over-full or wet. They just needed to be cleaned. I see other reviews where these folks just tend to blow off their customers, so I would not recommend wasting your time with Tucker's Home Services. THey don't even own up to their scheduling mistakes and then they try to cover it up with some made up excuse.

Oscar simply told me that it was not possible to change the order. Not sure what you heard on your end, but that's the truth. I would have been open to that. Also, the door I received is not custom, it is a standard size, only the framework around the door is "custom" as is ANY door frame. Here is the language from my contract: "Re-frame the opening to accept a door: 5/0 x 6/8" And from Google: Yes, a 5/0 x 6/8 (60 inches wide by 80 inches tall) is a standard size for Neuma's sliding doors. Neuma offers this specific size as part of its standard offerings, particularly for its Bypass Gliding Doors." So actually, switching my order to French doors would have simply involved extra paperwork. Update: I am lowering my review to one star because Exovations refuses to address the door issue. After a few months it has become apparent that I can't use the heavy glass patio doors they installed. I am disabled and over 65. It is very difficult for me to pull open the heavy door due to a spine injury, and I have tripped on the large threshold. I sent an email to them before installation, stating I needed the door opening to be at least 40" wide to accommodate a wheelchair, and they gave me one that opens to only 22" wide. I recently emailed them to ask that they change out the patio door to French doors, which I wanted in the first place, and they refused. It will now cost me thousands of dollars to have the door replaced.

After installation, we had problems we never had before: roof leaks, ceiling damage, and animals entering the attic. We also had roofing nails left around our property that caused flat tires. Every time we reported an issue, we were given a different explanation...a nail, then the chimney cap, then chimney caulking. We have video of their "water test" where water was sprayed directly into the chimney cap vents, which is not a realistic test of rainfall. An independent chimney inspection later found no issues. We also have documentation from pest control showing missing drip edge that may explain how animals gained access. This company did not properly stand behind their work or provide a consistent, honest assessment of the problems after installation. I would strongly caution homeowners to look elsewhere.

We hired them for a large renovation project involving our master bathroom, closet system, and additional work totaling well over $45,000. While some of the labor crews, especially Paulo and his team, did quality work, the overall management, transparency, communication, and billing practices were deeply concerning. The biggest issue centers around a custom walk-in shower with a rear bench. Common sense says a walk-in shower like this requires a glass door. Someone from their company physically came out and measured for the glass door, yet later we were told the door was somehow "not included" unless we paid thousands more. If it was never part of the scope, why was it measured in the first place? It gets worse. We recently discovered one of the vendor quotes they attempted to pass through to us was heavily marked up. The actual vendor price was approximately $1,900, while AYS attempted to charge us roughly $2,500 for the exact same item despite not measuring, manufacturing, or installing it themselves. That is a markup of over 30% simply for acting as a middleman. Had this been clearly disclosed upfront, maybe we could have had a conversation about it. Instead, everything felt buried inside confusing change orders and poorly written documentation full of inconsistent fonts, colors, and vague wording that looked more copied from templates than professionally reviewed contracts. The estimating process itself was also problematic. Critical items repeatedly seemed to be "left out" initially, only to reappear later as added costs through change orders. At some point it stops feeling accidental and starts feeling strategic. Communication became exhausting. Rather than simply resolving issues reasonably, we were met with deflection, rewritten timelines of events, and responses that often contradicted what actually occurred during the project. We even discovered questions surrounding whether proper ownership authorization was fully verified before contracts were executed. What disappoints me most is this could have been solved easily. There is still a substantial balance left on this project, and instead of resolving a dispute over a shower door professionally, they appear willing to damage their reputation over what should have been a straightforward customer service resolution. Atlanta has far too many quality contractors and restoration companies to settle for this level of confusion, pressure, and lack of transparency. Proceed carefully and document absolutely everything if you choose to work with them.

I told her that I have a downspout that needs to be cleaned out and a couple of nails that need to be replaced on my gutters as the wind almost tore them off my house. I stood outside and watched him fix my gutters, dismantle the one that was clogged, emptied out the sludge, and put it right back together within minutes. When all was said and done, James did not charge me a dime! I was very impressed with his good attitude, quick wit, and efficiency by getting the job done quickly and in good standards.
