Ughhhh....I don't know why I kept coming back to this place. The first few times over the course of 3 years was great, they had so many good male masseur and were very good. Before the price was $45/hour in a private room (curtains off), but still a good price. Now is $55/hour in a private room with curtains. Still a good price but the guy was horrible, at first he assumed how I liked it, medium or hard ? I said hard, he was pushy so hard, I couldn't breathe, that's how hard he was pushing. So i those was good to be good, then it all went downhill when he was massaging me with the thin towel over me, he was massaging me w his the towel for an hour Wii's strength became softer and softer, after that, the A/C was blasting really hard, I was freezing. When I was still facing down, he was massaging or should I say oiling my legs, my nose got runny and stuffed up, that's how cold it was for me. And the bed wasn't comfortable for me, I'm pretty tall, with the hole to where my feet hang, my toes are hanging off the bed when he took the pillow off for some reason. It wasn't comfortable. When I was turning around to face up, he already wrapped my head with the towel then started massaging my arms, most places would massage you head then arms. Basically he was just oiling my body, with no pressure on anything except his elbows on my back as ass, when I came in at 6 pm, there was only 2 guys, when I came out, it was like 5-6 guys and I got the weakest one. I wanted a strong man and the gave me the weakest. I paid $110 for 2 hours, the boss lady was so happy that she didn't even think of giving me a good guy so next time I would come back. But give whatever guy she has just to get me to get my massage. She should tell me to wait till 6:30 pm when he others male masseur comes in and gives me a good one. I even tipped the guy $40. So I would not be coming back here. Is freezing cold and the guy doesn't know how to massage. Maybe if they turn the temperature to a room temp and let us see the person who is going to massage us first then we can decide if we want to or not. Because while I was waiting, I saw my guy massage another guy and he had to direct the male masseur how to massage him. Now you know is bad when we have to direct them to do their job. read more

I use to come here a lot when they had some really great people who did good jobs, not so much now. Seems like the quality of service is poor. When the people who did a good job left I also left. I recently went back there 2xs since my regular massage therapist wasn't available and I can say it was not great at all. I was poked around like he was making meat loaf! I was having pain in my body and need relief, instead i kept jumping cause he made me feel so uncomfortable! I had to coach him and tell him how to go about helping me relax. The male was not a skilled massage therapist and I would say he was 30% good. I wont be going back there, but unfortunately I went back because all the other reflexology places look shady. This is the worst massage I've ever received. The "masseuse" didn't actually do anything except dig her elbow in my back and rub my lower back and arms with her forearm. They use lotion that dries out within seconds so it feels like rug burn from the friction. I have literal bruises on my back and all the knots that I came in with. This was also not full body as promised. She did zero work in my legs or feet. The "massage" was torture. To top it off, I still tipped 18% and the man at the front tried to intimidate me into paying more, made a belittling face and a few comments. I told him I could walk away and not pay any tip and then he changed his tone. I walked out of there more tense than when I walked in. This was a waste of money. UPDATE: even after 10 years & the pandemic, I'm STILL coming here! I'm seeing so many outrageous reviews from people... even Elites... that I need to say something. First let's start with my experience. My experience has always been they are so accommodating with getting you in around the day and time that you want. I always call in advance and yes, sometimes I have to wait like 10 min in the waiting area but who cares? I know in 10 min I'll be in heaven and walking out feeling 10 years younger. LOL. I don't even have to ask for my massage person. They already know. In fact when I call, they will even say, oh he's not working today. What about this day? I never have to tell the workers that I don't like massaging my face or hair. They all know. They all remember. Now THAT'S service. The workers are super super nice and friendly. The place is always very neat and clean. The music is phenomenal. The best part? The price. You can't beat their price especially not with all the other perks that I mentioned. Now to address the nonsense. I can't BELIEVE that people could have the nerve to complain about the prices. Before the pandemic, it was $20/hr. You're telling me you know a place cheaper than this? Yeah right... After year 1 of pandemic, it went up to $25. Then another year it went up to $30. Umm... yeah! Duh! People have to make a living too. It's not just here but everywhere else in the world. Where have you been? University Of Karenville to get your masters in complaining? As far as the tipping chart goes, I didn't even notice it until people started posting pictures of it on Yelp. The tipping chart is extremely reasonable. The fact that they have to put one up has something to say about how society is now. Not everything is free in life people. Sorry but that's how I was raised. These people work hard for their money. I have no problem paying good tips to restaurant workers, gardeners, massage workers, plumbers, etc because I know manual labor is hard work. Corporations nowadays abuse their employees left and right (hence why you see all the workers going on strike). If you find a good worker out there, tell them thank you and be extra nice to them. Why? Because if not, then they're going to get burnt out and leave and then you're stuck with new hires that really are horrible. This last Christmas, I tipped my massage person my usual $20. I decided to go back and have him an extra $50. I said thank you for always helping me throughout the years. Espeically when I've hurt my back at work. I have been going here for years, from it was only $20/hour for a foot massage and good tips were appreciated and not expected. Post pandemic has changed this place, for the worst. Not only did prices almost double, but now there's a tipping chart with expected tips based on length of time, not on how much the service was or how good the massage was. This was my first time coming back after a while and didn't notice the tip chart until after my venmo went through and the lady basically asked me for more money since I was below their chart! Wow!! If it's expected, then it's not a tip, is it? Just triple your pricing if that's what they want to get paid. This is after I gave them a second chance after getting literally beat up and bruised after getting a combo massage(see my pics for proof). This left an absolutely bad taste in my mouth. They ensure to keep everyone quiet and the masseuse do not chit chat like other foot massage places. The pricing has increased since COVID but still reasonable. My go to is the 1 hr for $40 plus tip. I went for the first time here, a day before Father's Day. In general, I love massages, and when the massage therapist first started, I enjoyed it. It was a different technique that I've ever had before so I endure the deep massage. On Father's Day morning, I couldn't move. My low back was in so much pain and stiffed. Over a week later, I'm still stiff and have to lay flat on my yoga mat. I've had a difficult time getting up after sitting down. At times, when going up or down the stairs, my low back almost colapses. I think it was too much pressure for my low back. I'm afraid to go back. They are thorough and gets the job done. Hygiene: They don't replace the sheet that everyone lays on. They do spray something whenever someone is done. I also noticed the towels doesn't get washed. Once used they go straight to the dryer, gets folded then back out. I hope the dryer is hot enough to kill any cooties from the previous person. By far this is my favorite $20 foot massage place in the area. Never once had a problem with any of the masseuse and they all pretty much use the same technique. The only downfall is that sometimes it does get quite noisy but it's because they have so many customers in the foot massage area where it's open with no private rooms/curtains. I had some knots that the guy I think took off, I say I think cause now I'm left in pain, soreness and bruised on my upper back from how rough he was, so I'm confused whether it's gone or just made it worse. My back now is so sensitive to the touch, I cannot lay down, I can't wear and hoodies or jackets cause one touch to my neck and I'm in pain. This place use to be great, my wife and I would travel from the high desert just to get a massage. We even told others who also traveled from the high desert to partake but the last time we went the experience was horrible, the therapist were not the same and their craft was unpolished. Even the receptionists was not the same guy and was very rude. The guy working on my wife kept smacking and burping as he chewed his gum and he smelled like cigarettes. An older woman with bangs and a ponytail gave me a massage, and I'm bruised... i was laying on my stomach and she was grinding her elbow into my spine...like why are you massaging my spine? It's all bone. I asked her to go softer and she did for like two strokes then went back to digging into my back with her elbow. It hurt so bad. Ontop of that, she was sick and coughing over me and even BURPED TWICE towards me. I'm really upset. I will not say who my masseur is since I do not want to find myself getting trouble booking with him but I have had many other masseur and masseuses at this location and you will not regret. They take card cash Venmo, etc. Whatever you have. This is extremely convenient and unlike other places. You first sit and soak your feet in warm water as they massage your head ‍. I suffer from migraines and let me tell you, the massage will make a headache disappear. They then massage your arms and neck then your feet and legs. Lastly you turn over and they massage your back.
