Worst massage of my entire life!! I have been coming here since before COVID and have always loved the experience. I'm not sure if they changed owners but this place has gone wayyy down in quality. First, we came in for a couples massage and we normally let them know where our problem areas are. However neither of the masseuses could understand what we were saying so we just said full body. When they put too much pressure on my problem areas, I told her to go softer but then she made the entire massage so soft that I just felt like I was getting lotion applied on me for 60mins. We also upgraded $25 for hot stone and the stones were cold to the point where we had to tell them and wait for hot stones. When we went to inform the manager, they said there was no manager there and to just go with a different masseuse next time but that did not fix us spending $200 to have a terrible experience. I gave my info and was told they would call me but I never got a call. Save your money & go to somewhere else for an ACTUAL massage. read more

Called ahead of time for a massage for 4 girls and were able to accommodate us. You pay at check in and are guided to your area where you get undressed up to your underwear. A basket is available to hold clothing and other belongings. The massage therapist asks what type of massage and informs you to let them know if the pressure is too hard. The pressure was intense, to the point I started sweating. I also had leg day a couple days previous so delayed muscle soreness was at its peak. As much as I almost I wanted to tap out, I knew it would be beneficial so I stuck it out and Im glad I did. The massage was great and although painful at times, I feel so much better after the fact. I revisited today and I had a masseuse that was really good. Complete different experience than what I had a year ago. I didn't have to tell her how much pressure to use, but I just told her to work on my shoulders and back and she went to work getting out the knots on my shoulders. She had good technique, and yes, my shoulders hurt a lot when she was going through them, but I felt so loose after that and I appreciated it. When I asked for her name she said it was "Gift", so I would recommend asking for her if you want to get your knots out! One thing that I'm not sure I like as much is that you have to pay first. The only reason why I don't like it is because I usually tip when I pay and if it's your first time with a masseuse you wouldn't know how to tip, but it seems like they aren't too pressed for tips. Normally, this wouldn't be a huge issue, but they specifically asked for my phone number when I booked the appointment. I also drove a considerable distance to make it on time, so the lack of communication was frustrating. In terms of pricing, a 60-minute massage used to be $50 cash, which was a great value. Now, it's $70 cash for an hour. While the price increase isn't a dealbreaker--especially because the massages here are solid when you actually get one--it's disappointing to deal with scheduling issues on top of it.
