I was here for the pre-Holiday Train appearance in Hastings, MN. The church put on a great event for the community to come and enjoy the festivities. Food, snacks, drinks and games were free. There wasn't a service or preaching of any kind. The event was more about showcasing the church and preparing people for the Holiday Train's arrival. The large parking lot hosted outdoor winter games, and various snack booths, like marshmallow toasting and kettle popcorn. Inside the church there were activities for adults and kids. Performers were singing Christmas songs in the main lobby. Free food, drinks and snacks were set up along the back walls. Smaller utility rooms offered other activities too that included a Santa visit and cookie decorating. This was quite popular for families. The restrooms were clean and unique. The men's room had an interesting "vintage car" theme complete with tires, a car grill, and antique car plates on the wall.

Pretty you Buddha Temple half an hour south of Minneapolis. Very nice well decorated…read morewell-maintained even though it's still a lot of being built. They even have the pool surround the Buddha in the back. They have restaurants for visitors. It was free to visit but I made a donation. Very artistic. Many happy colors. Has easy access and plenty of parking in the back.
