He came in for 5 minutes and gave a suggested plan that was very different then our previous orthodontist had set. While I don't expect treatment plans to be exactly the same I would expect to be the same ballpark. Lastly we didn't even receive an actual consultation outside of the 5 minutes and they wanted to schedule an additional visit for the actual consultation. I know this is not standard in this area as all the other places I called did a free consult with the first visit. I had gone in expecting a free consult and did not receive that. We ended up going somewhere else who is much more transparent with their fees and services. The second star is only because the front office staff were very friendly and they're only doing their jobs so I can't blame them.

Dr. Perce was very thorough and informative regarding what my treatment plan would be and how long I would be in the Invisalign. There are payment plan options if needed for your treatment. After my consultation, I decided to move forward with my treatment plan. I was taken in the back and scanned for the Invisalign. Fast forward a couple of weeks, the office I called sooner than I expected to inform me my Invisalign was in and to make an appointment; the fitting lasted about an hour.
