The only thing that surprised me is they don't include footwork in the massage so if you want your feet done, that is extra. The work Colleen does was new to me and very interesting. I saw good reviews, so decided to give her a try. Boy Howey, am I glad I did! I had injured my elbow a couple of weeks earlier. Urgent Care just gave me steroids and muscle relaxers. That helped for a while, but I never got my full range of motion back - until Colleen worked on it. I can't tell it was ever injured now! She has since been working on my many scars. I can tell a noticeable difference. Due to their size and age, it's going to take a few treatments to fully undo the problems they cause.
