Best place in town to get a piercing. Took my best friend and my teen daughter on separate days to get their noses pierced. I also got my VCH & Nipples repierced. Claire is the piercer here and it's best to make an appt online first. Once you do that everything will move smoothly. Claire is so kind and informative. She makes you feel so comfortable and makes sure she takes her time to explain Everything. For teens, parents must sign a notary form. Depending on what you want it may pricey but it's worth it. I called to see if by any luck I'd be able to maybe get a consultation and maybe set a date for my half sleeve and by chance one of their amazing artists happen to had a last minute cancellation. Kent wasted no time sitting me down getting a feel for what i was looking to do and did his magic. My Husband and I were robbed out of $100 deposit because our crowns were too difficult to design. We wanted antique-like, Realistic King and Queen crowns and our guy drew up Traditional style crowns- his specialty. So when we arrived to our SET appointment, our guy had left for the day. He told the Piercing Manager to tell us we were being too picky so he bailed. My advice to Management; enlist artists that have some years under their belt, who can do more than one style. Not everyone wants a cartoon-like Sailer Jerry design. Tatu Tom did an amazing job on my Geometric piece though, his 26 years of experience showed; clean lines and a smooth session resulted in a great experience. read more

I got my first piercing, a "monroe" at the original location in 2008. I have enjoyed watching this business grow over the span of a few years, first to a new and better location in downtown Tavares, and then the opening of the new Orlando location. Since then I have returned for more piercings including an "industrial" and belly piercing, both of which healed fine. I had the belly ring for about a year and a half until finally one day I just took it out. I think it was rejecting itself very slowly over time, and was barely hanging by a flap when i chose to remove it. Of course it snagged on things, and sometimes piercings just reject on thier own, especially from certain areas of the body. The naval is an area that receives little blood-flow and rejection is quite common, so this was no fault of the piercer. I am happy with the service I received there, and would gladly go back but I have recently moved to south New Jersey and get all my services done at Warrior Tattoo & Piercing now. My only pointer for this location as far as improvement goes is that some of the artists and piercers here who are younger or less experienced seem to harbor a certain wannabe badass type of attitude, are a little too casual, and could use to be reminded that this is still a customer service oriented job. They are performing invasive services and should explain it and be thorough every bit as much as a doctor or nurse would. read more

Had the pleasure of meeting Huey and have him grace my ear with an Industrial Strength Titanium Flower. This shop only has high end jewelry which serves my needs completely. Huey is a great conversationalist, funny and so very gentle. He's thorough and professional while still being friendly. Everything is clean and in its place. I felt completely comfortable in his hands. Although I already have a piercer, I can see myself going back to see Huey for more of my piercing needs. My girlfriend had a dermal she wanted to get removed. She had it in for over 4 years and was accepted into the body with scar tissue. The woman who removed this tough piercing was awesome! She was professional and helped my gf through the pain lol we were very pleased with the process, as we were concerned about how difficult it was going to be to remove the old dermal. Had a reverse p.a. piercing done here. After several painful months of healing I was able to remove the large captive ball ring to put in the barbell to connect the piercing to my pre-existing p.a. piercing. The reverse was pierced at the wrong angle and wouldn't line up. When I told the piercer about it he said I could take it out let it heal and pay another $100 for him to do it again. No im sorry I messed up, no let me do it again on the house, no discount to do it again, just pay again and we'll give it another shot. I never went back, that's too sensitive of a area to risk nerve damage, now I just have a unsightly scar on the top of myself where the piercing was attempted. The shop in general has the overall vibe of a bunch of people just hanging out, and customer service that leaves lots to be desired. If negative star ratings were a thing I would have selected them instead of the one star. read more

I got four of my earrings switched to Neometal studs and got my nose pierced here. Everything was great and awesome until three days later when I woke up in the morning, and my nose stud had fallen into the piercing and was about 3/4ths into my nose it had also healed over the top. However I was able to push it through but it kept sliding back in through out the day and bleeding. I love Mr.William's but they are an hour drive from where I live, so I went by a more local place and the Piercer there told me the stud was to short so unfortunately it had to be cut out and a longer one put in. I will possibly come back in the future because everyone was amazing but I have to give it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the fact I had to get my new nose piercing's stud cut out. I would definitely recommend Neometal freckle style studs to anyone, the one I had was great and you couldn't even tell it was a nose piercing! read more
