I was told it was in my confirmation email "in fine print." That's just a plain lie. It's nowhere to be found, and if a 39 year old tech-savvy person like myself can't find it, that means it's designed to be hidden to screw people over. This is deceptive business practices at its finest. Don't go to these people. There's bound to be another roadside assistance option.
