Found out I'm high risk for cancer from my hematologist and we planned the next steps. Reached out letting this clinic know and the referrals needed to make this process smoothly. But instead of it going smoothly they are hounding me for all this other information that I don't even know and my other drs told me it is not an issue not knowing. All is needed is my positive test and that there is a history. So not only am I upset about results and stressed over that, this clinic is now adding more stress on my plate.

They called the radiologist to get my xray report, which the dr took his time to review. Afterwards, he gave me a thorough exam, called Rx's in and rescheduled f/u for 2 weeks. I'd still be waiting to be seen for a month elsewhere. Now, I feel like I'm on my road to recovery. Very satisfied!

Once we came and the heater was broken, and the doctor made jokes about it the entire time which I found entertaining. That's another thing, at first glance you might think this doctor is strange, but from a "youth reviewer's" standings, he is very "chill". He has this vibe that you wouldn't expect from a foot doctor establishment. At first I was afraid for my multiple procedures, and dreaded going, however I've learned to enjoy going. 10/10.

Pretty straight forward and good auto reminders. Downer was the dang billing! Advanced Ortho tells you to sign for a knee brace that they charge first Tricare $949 for a Osset universal rebound knee brace that one can get on the online at Alimed.com for $152. I ended up getting stuck for $113 of it. Of course I was suspicious before the procedure and asked what my out of pocket would be and was assured there'd be none - caveat emptor - if you're about 5'10" reach out u can have mine! THEN they have u go back another time to get more items u eventually end up getting charged for because I was told insurance/ Tricare wouldn't authorize on 1 form/ visit. In my case? A $132 post op ice pack that billing listed as a (yet another) post op knee brace on a follow-on Statement. Another $15.84. Just waiting for the next kick in the jimmy!! Like I said GREAT care for which I'm very grateful just want folks to be aware of the add-ons u will get hit with. Thank God my insurance is decent - I can only imagine how bad others are getting taken for accessories!

He encouraged me to write down all my questions and bring them to my visit after his initial evaluation that I was a good candidate for a total knee replacement. I did so and he took so much time answering all my concerns but did not pressure me to make my decision on whether to have the surgery. I did decide to go forward after speaking to a couple of his former patients and so glad I did. He did an awesome job and my healing process has been much quicker than my first total knee replacement surgery. Very happy with him and his staff. Their surgical center is very professional and immaculate. I never felt I was just one more patient.....I felt I was the only patient! Cannot recommend him more highly.

They helped to get my paperwork for the visit straight. Next Nicole escorted me to my assigned space and worked with me to get the questions on the portal answered. She was energetic, formerly from Compton, MD and most gracious in her work. Tara, who took pictures of my bad shoulder asked me with humor " have you been oystermen tonging for boulders." This shoulder is not in a happy place, but Dr Johnson will cut to the chase She took me back to my assigned space where Dr Johnson met me. He had a trick up his sleeve. He prepped where the shot was going and Said: "Now wiggle the toes on your left foot". Becoming engaged, I made certain they were moving. AND before I knew it the shot was done " because he knew exactly where is should be put! Not to be lengthy but Mike Travis did my hands, Daniel Bauk did my hip, and Colleen worpked on my knee.
