Joyces is a main stay for all your needs in cajun country. When you are on go in cajun country shop where the locals shop for authentic Louisiana supplies & foods and souvenirs. RV parking friendly. Breakfast and lunch plates to go are local favorites. Reasonable price and the servings are cajun sized. read more

Looking for a tasty, affordable meal in St. Martinville? Joyce's Supermarket delivers with generous, home-style plate lunches full of local flavor. I had the meatball stew with smothered cabbage and black-eyed peas for just $5.99--same price as two years ago. Even the pineapple cake was a steal at $1.19. Thank you, Joyce's for not price, gouging your customers. That can't be said for many places. read more

Hidden gem, friendly staff - glad for the recommendation. Overall: make sure you Hit up this lunch counter before they run out of plates (12-2p) $5.99 for a hot plate comes with your choice of rice / rice dressing (highly recommends , beef and chicken options (loved the chicken stew - meet was tender) $7ish for a seafood plate (I.e. crawfish stew) Sides include Mac n cheese , yams, white beans, and green beans and this delicious jalapeño bread. Such An amazing deal my plate was LOADED & literally needed 2 hands it was so heavy. read more

. JOYCE'S is our town's best all-around grocery. Plenty parking, help loading purchases, sufficient check-out stations. The dairy & frozen foods sections are well stocked. Both in-house bakery & regular deliveries from LeJeune's & popular bread companies. Fresh "French" baguettes are hot from ovens every morning. Joyce's also has a separate Farm Supply, Feeds, & Hardware Store, in the rear. Only downside is very expensive fresh produce. Rick . read more

. For a small-town…read moremarket, Joyce's has good selections, reasonable prices, helpful workers, & easy parking. There is a separate in-store lunch deli, and a Farm/Ranch/Feed/Hardware Store is in a separate building out back. Their homemade soups are very good, the freshly baked daily in-store "French" bread is also good. Meat market offers various of their own & commercial butcher & charcuterie items. Some Best Stop items are frequently available at Joyce's. Yesterday, on Christmas Day, the grocery, bakery, & deli were open until. mid-day. This was a great service to our small town community. This geture was appreciated by many. One small caveat: The prices are "all over", so while brand name soft drinks may be cheaper than at WalMart, the fresh turnips have been absurdly expensive. Check prices as you shop. Joyce's is a daily or twice-daily stop for this Old Guy. Rick .
