I'm not sure what part of this review isn't a personal consumer experience. I ate this hot sauce from this company. I poured it on my fried chicken and consumed it. Personally. I even included pictures of the bottle of their product that I consumed. That's literally the definition of personal consumer experience. Here's what Yelp removed... I had hopes for this bottle of Cajun Chef that was the sauce of the house for today's fried chicken lunch. And the result... meh. Not much flavor today in this bottle of Cajun Chef. Good texture and pour but just not the flavor of other sauces like Cholula or Texas Pete. There was no expiration date on the bottle - could it have expired? There is a separate in-store lunch deli, and a Farm/Ranch/Feed/Hardware Store is in a separate building out back. Their homemade soups are very good, the freshly baked daily in-store "French" bread is also good. Meat market offers various of their own & commercial butcher & charcuterie items. Some Best Stop items are frequently available at Joyce's. Yesterday, on Christmas Day, the grocery, bakery, & deli were open until. mid-day. This was a great service to our small town community. This geture was appreciated by many. One small caveat: The prices are "all over", so while brand name soft drinks may be cheaper than at WalMart, the fresh turnips have been absurdly expensive. Check prices as you shop. Joyce's is a daily or twice-daily stop for this Old Guy. Rick .
