Once your application is approved by the consulate, you notify Free China Visa, and they handle the in person drop off and pickup for you. I submitted my order on 2/24/26 and received my passport back by 3/13/26. The process took a little over two weeks, mainly because I had to make some updates to my application and provide additional documents. Overall, the steps were straightforward and easy to follow.
