We were clueless first time parents. She showed us how to clean our daughter's diaper area properly. She swaddled our flailing newborn with such expertise to listen to her heart and examine her. She showed me the proper way to nurse my baby whom she noticed was hungry. Her tip to me was,"if your baby is holding a fist, then she's still hungry." His PA was fantastic, and he came in to start his exam immediately after all vitals were taken on our little man. He was thorough, and comprehensive, and had a wonderful bedside manner. His office is also great about responding to after-hours calls when the newbie parents (us) have questions, first getting a callback from a nurse and then one of the docs secondarily, if needed. My wife and I highly recommend Dr. Gordon and his practice! He's as good as they come.
