Come to find out the restaurant does not offer wedding services. They claimed they could provide us with other options, but then tried to up charge us to provide the other options. We promptly asked for a refund from Everlasting Elopements after that. They said it would be 5-7 days to receive a refund of $1133 it has been well over a month and no refund. This is a major disappointment - people use services like Everlasting Elopements because they are on a budget, so when we are scammed out of such a large amount of money, it hurts.

The officiant had one job...show up in time and read from a prepared script…read more 1) showed up 20 minutes after ceremony was scheduled to start 2) referred to the groom by the wrong name (!?!) and presented the wrong reading despite supposedly having a prepared script...kinda hard to edit those kind of screwups out of the final video, right? We didn't let it spoil what was otherwise a very special day, but this is basic stuff... When we brought these fundamental mistakes to their attention the next day, you'd think there would be an apology, perhaps a token of remorse? Nope...just weak excuses and a bad attitude.
