As of today, my claim hasn't been discharged yet, but the process has been painless. I had done a bunch of research prior to making the decision to file so I knew what to expect in regards to what I was going to need to provide to her. I also own nothing so that made it even simpler, but she will walk you through the whole process if yours is more complicated than mine! She was easy to talk to and answered all of my questions even though I really didn't have many. For me, filing for bankruptcy was embarrassing, but she made me feel very comfortable and I have to say, I wish I would have done it about five years ago! Additionally, her fees are very reasonable.
