It took forever to grow her out when we did we took her here and she worked *magic*. Duchess looks gorgeous! She took care to shape her face and give her a cute ponytail. She did the puppy's first cut and got her tangles out. 2nd appointment was yesterday and I was so surprised to see the girls. Their face shape is much better than I could have asked for and the puppy looks fantastic!! Like a different dog! Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of work they do, I'm so glad I found them, I won't ever take my girls elsewhere and the ladies are very nice and welcoming to the dogs. There were plenty of tubs and drying stations. There was also all the shampoo, conditioner, tearless face shampoo, whitening shampoo, towels, and water pressure we needed. We went in, set up, I'm making my own coat conditioner, and they didn't blink an eye as I whipped up beer and raw eggs for my conditioner. The force blowers helped to get our dogs dry, and their hair straight. And off we went, in under an hour, with two white dogs. Highly recommended!

We had plans to be in the tri-cities area and on one day, we…read morewere scheduled to go on a tour that did not allow dogs, so needed to find a dog sitter/boarding in the area and found glowing reviews of Ruff INN It. To schedule an appointment with Ruff INN It, you must first make an account online, which is easy to do. This account allows you to upload your dog's vaccination records and also select a date and time for when your dog needs boarding. Soon after I created this and made a request of our preferred date, an employee called me to confirm the date and asked that since we were new clients, to schedule a meet and greet, which is their policy as they want to ensure that all dogs here are well-behaved and aren't socially aggressive with others. As soon as we came into town, we visited Ruff INN It for our meet and greet where the owner took our dog to the back area to introduce her to the other dogs and see how she reacted. He then invited us to come to the back of the area and see the facility. The facility is split into three different dog groups, depending on size and activity level. Our little dog was grouped with the other small dogs. For all the areas, there's an indoor area where they can sleep in one of the many beds and get water and they all have access to the fenced backyard area with artificial turf where they can play with the toys and balls, run around and go to the bathroom. Tons of space for the babies to play in! We dropped our little girl off at her scheduled appointment and the staff let us know that they would take photos of the dogs and post it on their Facebook for owners to see. When we came to pick her up, the staff let us know how much fun she had with other dogs, playing around. The owners of Ruff INN It are the sweetest people, too. I told them he was too hot with all his fur but was very concerned about what he would look like if he were completely shaved. I was assured that I didn't have to worry, that they would make him look cute. When I picked him up I was in shock. He looked horrible. Entirely shaved down to nothing except most of his head. Having given not much for direction, I won't even hold that against them as the idea of cute is subjective. The concept of a good job is not however. The lines were so choppy as if no effort to blend was taken at all. They shaved half way up his face and then just stopped. Picture submitted. The line on the back of his head isn't even kind of straight or blended. Though I appreciate the ability to get us in right away, I now know why they weren't busy. Thank you for being friendly and warm but I regret to say that we won't be back. Two stars are merely for the convenience of the appt and the friendliness of the staff, and not a one for the job that was done on my dog.
