First off, the vacuum stations are significantly improved, which is a huge plus from what they had prior with more stations and better suction and a better layout from a hose Ergonomic standpoint. Also, the drying system with more side nozzles and better placement do a better than the old turbine dryers they had in my opinion. From a negative standpoint, there were a couple areas that do not clean as well on my right side of my F150 and the tailgate which was also a problem with their old equipment. Lastly the new menu driven system for choosing/paying for your car wash over the old human interface system appears to confuse some people as I noticed both times I went some people were struggling to choose and than pay for their car wash. Very frustrating to be behind someone like that. Probably as time goes by and folks get accustomed to the new system this will get better. Fingers crossed (: Overall some nice improvements where their monthly unlimited wash subscription option is still a great deal and continues to be one of the main reasons I go here. Great value if you tend to wash your vehicle more than three times a month.
