I settled on a pedicure and spa manicure. I was handed color swatches and couldn't get what I picked because I wasn't doing gel. Never got my spa manicure and the guy said it was a miscommunication which maybe wouldn't have happened if he wasn't watching his phone while doing my nails. No dryers either for my manicure. The receptionist couldn't get my gift card to work (I double checked after, it was valid) & didn't seem to care, either. Very rude. I'd only added the pedi on because I had the gift card. In the end, walked out without the one thing I went for, a spa manicure. This place isn't cheap, either, so I can't even say, you get what you pay for here because I definitely did not.

Kaki and Shana at the front desk are so warm and welcoming. I was nervous to even vocalize my hair removal desires and there was ZERO awkwardness to the conversation. They make it too easy! Everyone deserves to feel comfortable in their skin. Especially having a hair-free face as a woman! I was also tired of shaving my bikini line only to get razor burn and ingrown hairs right before a trip to the beach. My bikini line is going to be REBORN by next summer :) I'm on my 6th treatment and I would say my hair growth is down 50% in all areas. I barely have to shave my underarms any longer. It's truly amazing. Jane has been my nurse technician (only certified RNs administer the treatments!) for each appointment and she is so calming and fun to talk to. Padma's offers many types of salon services and henna. I have now been going every few weeks for my brow threading over the course of several months. Padma's is located in a strip mall in Voorhees. It's not your average fancy or aesthetically-pleasing salon. However, it offers a good variety of salon/spa services as well as Indian wedding makeup. The women who work here are dedicated and do a great job. Because Padma's is well-staffed, they are able to accommodate a good number of customers at once. For eyebrow threading/waxing, appointments aren't required. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes to get my threading done. Overall, I really like this place. The women who work here all do a great job. While they're not focused on exceptional customer service, they still do their best to make conversation and be friendly. For anyone who is familiar with foreign-owned businesses, Padma's has some of that sentimental "back home" feel. Their pricing is also much lower than others in the area; they charge $6 for brows and $4 for upper lip. This place is a true gem; I always make sure to plan my threading around the times in the area.

She is awesome and I cannot say enough good things about her!!! She was SOOOOOO careful and reassuring with my brow wax. She had me hold the mirror and went step by step with me to make sure I was happy with my brows. Brielle is definitely the kind of waxer you want to see after a nightmare experience due to her attention to detail and her willingness to ask you how YOU like your brows!!!
