Late review: 03/03/2026 Tried yesterday afternoon, wait was over 2 hours. Up and at it this…read moremorning, there's a line of about 20 ppl before 7:30am. Once I made it inside the wait wasn't too bad. I was in & out within 30 mins. The key is to arrive as early as possible.

Well I have been here twice in the past few months and both experiences have been very good. It…read morewas for car registration renewal and also have been here for title transfer too. First off plenty of parking here. You walk in and there's a kiosk that sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't so you get to talk to human being! Yay! You tell them the reason why you're here and they ask you if you have the appropriate documentation- which is nice because you don't have to wait for nothing if you forgot them. I ask you for your phone number and give you a ticket number and you get a text immediately. Plenty of room in the waiting area as it's wide open. Your number is queued up on TV and their PA system is loud enough where you can hear your number called. Every person that I've dealt with here has been very nice and professional and patient and courteous. Even when I have had to ask questions, they know the answers immediately, which is great. It's pretty straightforward. I like this location much better than the Airport Blvd location as it's a much more pleasant visit. The previous place was somewhat cramped, it had a very small waiting area, and sometimes you had to stand. It was also very loud and when they called your number you had to go walk through the maze of cubicles, kind of like a labyrinth. I never had any issues finding where I needed to go, but this layout here is much better and wide open, which is probably one of the reasons why they moved here. I'm not a fan of their new website which seems cleaner and less jargon, but there's too many clicks to get to your destination. Plus, it's also not that intuitive as it looks. And I'm also not happy that the State is now charging a $4.75 "fee" to renew your registration online, otherwise this would be a 5-star review. I used to pay around $55 to renew car registration but now it's $76. That's Bologna. But the worker bees here don't set the prices so it's not their fault. They just take your money and then you hear a loud "cash register chime" (cha-Ching!) soon after. I was just kidding about that - lol.

I think I caught on five minutes before when I was helping this lady fill out her registration papers. You see, English was her second language, so I was helping her, and that's how I found out I should be filling out papers, too. I told her she needs to be helping me. But it got worse on my end and the lady's end that I was helping. I got to the counter, and the nice lady told me we were supposed to be filling out the New State Registration Papers. So, with all that being said, the process did not take no more than 30 minutes. It was still a quick process. Yes, I suggested taking another number and starting from scratch, and the process was still fast. Now, let me tell you a little about the building. I parked toward the front. But that isn't where you go inside. The front door is in the back of the building. I parked in the wrong area. Also, as you go inside, you can use your phone to get a number or check in on the computer. Also, there are two lobbies--one to the right and one to the left. You can't see the one to the right. So if they call to come to counter five, go to the right.

I can't speak to their low ratings, but my experience was quite different. First off I parked on the wrong side of the building and like a dumbass forgot my phone in the car. I entered the office which was very quiet and not too busy, small and clean. I checked in on the pad and then realized I needed my cell phone to be aware of when it was my turn, so I went to hobble out and get my phone when a lady came out the door and said come back in I will take care of you. Yolanda was exceptional. She was aware of my situation as she had been in the same spot. She was so sweet and easy going. I was in and out in under ten minutes. Shout out to a special lady!!!
