The trees my husband was shown when he visited the tree farm were much better than the trees we…read moreended up with. He was told to expect them the last week in April. They did not arrive then. No communication from Nielsen's. He called several times to find out when they were going to be delivered as we had to arrange help to get them off the truck and moved to where we wanted them. They do not do anything with them, other than to show up at your place with the trees loaded on the back of a flatbed. They did not arrive until May 19th. When they came, the roots are wrapped in burlap, and the trees are bound with some kind of material so you can't see what they look like. In order to get them in the holes we had ready for them, it worked best to leave them bound up for ease of moving and working with them. The trees had already candled by the time they were delivered. When we took the binding off, there were some trees that had huge holes in the side with no branches, whatsoever. A couple had brown branches that looked like they were dying. Again my husband contacted them only to be told to make sure he watered them right. These trees were not cheap and the price did not reflect the quality we ended up with. Very disappointed. Their communication with a paying customer was very poor. I would not recommend this tree farm.

He is very knowledgeable and the work looks amazing. We are thrilled! Before hiring Olympic for major renovation work, we were provided with references. We had a serious problem caused by another contractor. Several contractors told us there was no fixing it, and that we would have to tear out the inground pool and replace it all. However, James explained exactly what could be done and quoted it. All of his references said he is a genius, and that we would never regret hiring him and his crew. They were correct. Our story ended with a "happily ever after". Thru it all, they have always been very professional. This was a few years ago and our pool is still Perfect!

The technicians they sent out had no knowledge of how to work a Hayward Pool system and proceeded to damage my sand filter first by breaking the sealing cap, then by failing to put the flow valve back on properly. The technicians also failed to de-winterize my water slide because they lacked the knowledge to locate the correct valves. Because of this, I was unable to use my pool system correctly as intended. The heating system would work because the sand filter wasn't sealed or properly placed. The Technicians spent more time talking on their phones and complaining than on getting the system to work properly. Very unprofessional service. Do not go to this place, it's an absolute waste of your time. Go to other better places.
