I was freaked out, it was late at night, I can't give ticks as party favors!! I called Viking as a brand new customer and explained my dilemma. Less than 12 hours after hubbies attack our yard was being treated by technician Danny (photo incase I got name wrong) I'm extremely happy with the yard plan I purchased and I was told 1st treatment won't be 100% I can honestly say no one complained (I asked lol) tick fee and didn't need to light torches for mosquitoes!! Thank you Danny for being so efficient on our large woodsy property!!

Already made the call to have them come back this year. They are responsive and came right when they said they would. I wouldn't call anyone else.

Now he is telling me I only had a 30 day warranty so it would be over $400 for him to come out again-clearly nothing he did helped at all so I don't understand if what he did a month and a half ago clearly did not work. Appointment was set up for the next day of course they were on time exactly as they had said. We felt the price quoted was fair for quarterly visits so we decided on using them. On the day of service we had Jeff as our tech. He too was extremely helpful in answering questions as/prior to doing the work. Already recommended them to many neighbors!!! UPDATE: About 3 weeks after initial ant treatment we started seeing ants again in the same vicinity in our kitchen. I called and spoke with a very helpful worker who set us up immediately for a re-treat the next day. The next day came and I get a text from the technician (as requested) to let me know his whereabouts and timeframe of arrival. Al arrived and proceeded to retreat the areas in the kitchen and dining area as well as checking and looking for their outside route in. He was VERY professional and thorough!!!!!
