I had to call Chuck on Fourth of July for a mice issue at one of my Airbnbs, he showed up for me even on his day off. I didn't have to refund the guest thanks to him. The 2 mice were actually killed a few days later (we found the dead bodies). Today they sent David out and took care of our cockroach issue. The guest was asking for a free stay and didn't get one because we had proof they were lying about the infestation. And told the agent to tell me that they went to the property without actually going. This company is not trustworthy. Take your business elsewhere.
