I obviously can't speak to the efficacy of Bug Bomber's treatments but I can absolutely attest to their honesty. I have what appears to be a parade of carpenter bees hovering around the garage area of my home. I reached out to several pest control companies for quotes and mentioned that I have a koi pond very close to the house. All of them told me it wouldn't be a problem and immediately wanted to book a service. When I spoke with Leah at Bug Bombers and explained my situation she very kindly told me that they would have to decline my service as any overspray could be detrimental to the fish in the pond. I had been a customer of Bug Bombers for many years for their mosquito service and never had an issue. I decided to add on their annual pest control plan. Their inspections and treatments never seemed as thorough as my precious company but, no issues. That is until last week when I had noticed mouse activity. I immediately called and left a message to arrange service. After a day of no call back, I tried sending a text and was given a response that a technician would reach out. I made an appointment for 11:00 AM on a Monday and, after waiting well past the appointment time, I reached out to the tech who told me that his truck broke down and he wouldn't make it. No courtesy call to let me know in advance. I tried calling the office and no answer but, they did finally respond by text telling me they "don't tolerate customers with attitudes and temper tantrums". Well, I'm one customer they won't have to worry about anymore. A simple situation that could have been resolved with a courteous and friendly phone call turned into much more than it should have. If you're looking for a pest control company, there are much better options. read more

This tech didn't know that he had to park in the back parking area which wasn't his fault but it's annoying that techs aren't told where to park and I have to run out of my house just to get a service done that I'm paying for. I've called and asked for techs to be made aware multiple times but they find one locked gate and usually just leave I have cameras and a few techs lied about doing my property but I have them on camera just sitting in there trucks and when I call to talk about it I get an attitude until I send the video read more

I just happened to come across a post on Facebook from a friend recommending this company for Tick spraying. I decided to give them a call and inquire about there services. After speaking to Jim about my tick issue, as well as other pesky critters taking up lodging in my crawl space, I decided to give them a try. I received a call that the schedule was able to be expedited (which was great news), and Kevin was the technician who arrived. He was extremely friendly and polite. He gave me a run down of what to expect and went to work. He was extremely thorough with the application. Not once did he cut any corners, or try to shortcut the job. Only time will tell how well the service holds back the pests, but if the process and friendliness of this company have any bearing, I'm in good hands. They say in there statement that you don't need treatment over and over again but the monthly treatment is now every 3 weeks. They give you only one hours notice that they are coming. You now have to reschedule doing any yard work for the day. One time they came within 2 weeks read more

This was my first year trying bug bombers I was skeptical at first . But I have to admit my husband and I have said over and over this summer THIS IS THE BEST MONEy WE HAVE SPENT ! DO NOT RECOMMEND. I used bug bombers for my termite house inspection while under contract for a new home and it couldn't have gone worse. I bought the house thinking we didn't have any termites, according to bug bombers. When we started to work on the new house, the contractor found termites in walls and in the attic. We tried contacting Bug Bombers multiple times and basically were told it's not their problem. After a lot of questions, the guy who did the inspection even admitted to not completing the full inspection - but apparently that does not matter! He said crawl space was wet(plumber went under the same day without a single complaint), so he did not feel like looking at it(without ever mentioning this in the report). Besides for missing damage in the crawl space our attic was also infested and went totally missed - oh and clear exterior damage. We had to call in a different company who couldn't believe all of this went unfound, considering all the termites and the damage they were causing. Ended up costing us thousands. Do NOT ever use this company! They are impossible to get in touch with and would never call us back - you have to email them to request a call there is not even a number for anyone other than scheduling. Their neglect and clear lack of costumer service is absolutely appalling and a huge disappointment. read more

My husband and I were so happy last year with our service for mosquito and tick protection last year. We unfortunately had a vacant house next door with a pool that was left opened which made a HUGE mosquito problem for us. We also have two dogs which love the wooded area and were finding ticks left and right. Thank goodness we found Bug Bombers. They were professional, courteous, and it was so easy with the online billing. I was able to pay my bills online and they always would send a text message to let us know when they were coming to spray. It was so nice to be able to enjoy our backyard without having to be in a screened in area. We liked them so much that we have signed up for another season. read more

Bug Bombers is amazing! I usually have horrible mosquito's and ticks. My dog was constantly getting ticks. This year I decided to have my yard sprayed and I am so pleased. Since they sprayed, I have found no ticks on my dog and there hasn't been any mosquito's. I am finally able to enjoy my back yard!
