We hired this company to support someone just starting out, but the experience has been extremely…read moredisappointing. A project quoted at 4-6 months is now over 8 months in and still incomplete. Due to poor workmanship, we were forced to empty and refill the pool three times at our own expense, and there is still unfinished plaster work remaining. Communication was also a major issue -- he would disappear for days at a time with no updates while the project sat untouched. Even more concerning was the complete lack of accountability. Every issue was blamed on subcontractors he hired, and instead of taking responsibility, we were asked to "give him a break" because he is young and inexperienced. At this point, due to delays, ongoing issues, and repeated out-of-pocket costs, we are pursuing legal counsel. We strongly caution others before working with this company.
