We even have the receipt to prove our purchase. Just 10-15 minutes after we walked away from the register, we saw our car being towed -- right in front of us. All of our belongings were left inside the vehicle -- IDs, money, documents, everything. When we tried to contact the towing company, none of the phone numbers worked. Every line was busy or went unanswered, no matter how many times we called. When we came to the towing company (Dolphin Towing & Recovery) we spoke to a person at the office on-site, who said he would not deal with the situation. He refused to show us any camera footage and made it clear that unless we were ready to pay, we had to leave. No proof was ever provided that we had left the property -- because we hadn't. This situation was not only frustrating, it was completely unjust. We were treated with zero respect or consideration. Be very careful if you park here -- even if you are a paying customer, your car might still get towed without warning.
