Used an agent from this brokerage to represent me in buying a house as I had never purchased a home in Texas before and real estate rules and process vary greatly between states. I have never in all of my life had such a horrible experience with a real estate purchase. The agent dropped so many balls and left me high and dry when issues were found. The day of closing the seller had failed to correct inspection issues that had been specified as needing to be fixed before close causing water to leak from my ceiling within 24 hours of close. On closing day when I was concerned because issues had not been fixed and I had no power in parts of my house, damage that was undisclosed and damage that happened between inspection and close I did not want to sign until all had been rectified and the agent after consulting with her brokerage told me I could be sued if I didn't sign causing so much stress and a bad decision. What they advised me was completely untrue and I should have never signed the papers until the seller had addressed the issues. This brokerage just cares about getting your commission and does not at all care about protecting you as a buyer. I have thousands in issues that should have been addressed it has been a nightmare and they did absolutely nothing to help make it right. They don't even respond to you after the sale! DO NOT use this brokerage or any agent associated with it! House buying should not be like this and I've never dealt with a more unethical company! Update So basically if you submit a review they contact you and give you lip service and then do jack all. Why even continue to fail to provide service by pretending to do something? They just wasted me 2 more days I should have already let lawyers start legal proceedings. Instead of honoring what they should have done and making their agents fulfill their fiduciary duties they will string you a long, go silent and do absolutely nothing after making tens of thousands on your commission and not protecting you at all as their client. RUN! I'm done wasting time don't waste your time and hard earned money with any agent from this company. An agent is only as good as their brokerage and this one is horrendous. They'd rather make me sue them then pay the 3k the sellers already should have to fix the problems specified in inspection. I hope my lawyers can get lawyers fees and now I'm adding every single issue I've had to deal with and my agent dropped these ball on and failed to represent my best interests instead of just trying to get them to do what was right! All I wanted them to do was what they should have done as my agent and they are making me have to pursue legal action! What absolute horrible business practices! Praying that they are held fully accountable in the court of law because that is the only thing that will evidently make them do the right thing. read more

The company should look into the ethical practices of all their real estate agents, especially Bassem Roshdy's business practices. This agent tried to cheat off my husband and me with $192,000. Bassem was representing the sale of liquor store in Allen, TX. He and the owner of the store, came up with some "fake" story of the owner being sick and tried to expedite the business sale. The business had IRS problems. The owner did not file 2020 tax returns and does not plan on filing the taxes at all. Bassem knew about this right off the bat and didn't disclose it until we went under contract. Both the JPAR agent and owner of the business would spam call us every day screaming on the phone to pay for the business in cash. When we refused and told them we would rather go through the SBA loan route that is when all the issues came to light. To this Bassem shouted at us telling us the owner is very "sick" and would like us to get the hard money loan which doesn't take too long. I am not sure how this person still has a real estate license. 1) Bassem was trying to sell us the business, very well knowing the owner owed IRS money. This is illegal on so many levels. 2) He gave us a contact of someone in the middle east to obtain a hard money loan. 3) JPAR agent still owes us $1000 per contract. We were promised via email dating June 14th, 2021 stating that if the owner fails to provide business documents, our money will be refunded. To anyone reading this, we would have been knee-deep into debt if we took Bassem's advice. Stay far away from this company, can you imagine $192,000 in debt? Plus we would have owed money to some individual in the middle east. This company and the agent are the definitions of spammers. read more

We received a call from George Lester last Saturday stating he was calling per his manager's direction because they had a client who wants to buy a property we own. The house is not listed on the market for sale or lease. We told him to forward his client's offer and we would take a look at it. George said, "we don't work that way we don't use contracts." He finally agreed to email thee offer over and we have not heard from him again despite messages to call and let us know if his client changed his mind. If George Lester or anyone from this company calls you - hang up, block the number, turn your security cameras on! They are not good people! read more

There's a certain saying to treat others the way you want to be treated. If that is the case, then JP wants to be treated like dirt. On the one hand, the home we purchased from his clients is wonderful, as are the clients selling the house. On the other, JP, representing them, was the epitome of unprofessional. The voicemails, emails, and texts sent, as well as last minute "changes" to contracts made the entire process a nightmare, completely stressful, and a total headache.
