I used JPC back in 2023 to fix my iPad that black screened. Initially, they were unsure if they would be able to salvage it. They told me IF they could get it to work, they may not be able to save my data. HalleluYah! They were able to restore it AND my data. This was amazing news because I had some files on it that I hadn't backed up. I learned my lesson and backed that baby up right away. That iPad lasted for another year and a half before it totally died. This time I buried it. I was suppose to write a review back then but life was happening. Took my MacBook that was a little over a year old here for screen issues. They fixed my computer and it had the same issue within three months. I took it to apple and found out that JPC took all the apple manufacturing parts and replaced it with third party parts. None of which were needed to fix my initial issue. They completely robbed my of my MacBook. Don't take your laptop here! They are thieves. read more

Great place! Very polite and professional! My daughter's iPhone charging port was messed up and wasn't allowing it to be charged. We went to an Apple store and were told they couldn't fix and it wasn't something covered under warranty. They told us we would just have to buy a new phone. After months of frustration I finally decided to see if there was a place that could repair it. I reached out to JPC computer and phone repair. They quoted me a price over the phone which was extremely responsible and repaired the phone in the same day. Top-notch service! I went in to have my iPhone 11 Pro screen replaced. He did not have the screen in stock, but said he would get it overnight and it would take about 30 minutes to install the screen. I dropped off my phone, went to lunch, and it was ready when I got back. Over the next week I started having issues with the screen. I returned with details on my issues and the owner was very apologetic and guaranteed my satisfaction. He contacted the screen vendor with specifics and it turns out the vendor actually had gotten a bad batch of screens. The owner drove to the vendor's warehouse after hours to get a screen, and replaced it for me the next morning. While I had a problem, I felt it was not the owner's fault and that he went out of his way to stand by his service...as any good company should. I relate this tale to let everyone know that this is definitely a business to be trusted. I will use them again without hesitation should the need arise. read more
