I left her office in the business park next to the Market Street Cinemark, and shortly after I arrived at the mall to window shop, she was done. Jamee was super friendly troubleshooting some shoddy screen work done to my iPhone 7. She was able to test it and pointed out to me the poor workmanship done by a previous shop. She was able to replace the screen and the screws that were missing in under 30 minutes. Park in the parking garage behind the theater, or if you're lucky, in the street. She may be a little difficult to find initially, but go upstairs to the second floor at the Regal movie theater, turn left, go through the double glass doors, then go left and right in the middle hallway. She's past the water fountain and restroom on the left. I'd say it's probably a good idea to call, but I think people also walk in. There are also receptionists there that I'm sure would help if you were pressed for time or got lost like I did the first time. Backed my a lifetime warranty that I hope to never have to use, but I know with the demand I put on my products that I'll be needing Jamee's services again. She is really nice, professional, sharp and does excellent work for a reasonable price. read more

So glad I found this place. Walked in one morning with a cracked iPhone screen, 30 minutes and $100 later it was like new. Unfortunately my phone did begin to glitch after I got it fixed but I brought it back and with a simple reboot everything was back to normal. However, trying to justify your lack of follow through as my fault for not contacting you during business hours... are you kidding. Why do you have a voicemail asking me to leave a message? Why did you not return my call when I left the voicemail with all the details clearly stated? And finally, and most importantly, you failed to follow up in the first place as promised when I was in your shop. Well, I just received notice of my mom's (Nancy O) review and am extremely appalled by your response. Your rebuttal is laden with flat-out lies and serves as a true testament to the kind of business you run. 1) My mother was not rude on the phone, she simply asked to speak with me (a customer getting his phone repaired). YOU LIED 2) I did not drop my phone, the screen simply cracked when putting it back in its case. YOU LIED 3) The third time you *tried* to fix my phone, we agreed through a verbal contract that I would only pay $30 for the replacement- tendered through the return of a case I bought from your firm. YOU LIED Anyways, on their third try to fix my phone, they still failed miserably. Because of their refusal to fix their faulty repair as per my mother's review, I was forced to get it repaired at Apple. AND LET ME TELL YOU, IT'S WORTH IT. Apple fixed my screen swiftly and properly for just a small premium over what this abhorrent business charged. Even if their final attempt proved fruitful, the screen quality, color, and sensitivity is NOTHING compared to that of Apple's genuine replacement product. First - I'm a pretty price-conscious consumer, and though you could probably get a better price using a Groupon deal or something (if you want to deal with that), they are very reasonably priced. Second - they do a great job. They even provide a 6-month warranty on the product. (Ex. If my iPad, which they fixed the screen, stops working in the next six months, the warranty covers it.) Third - their customer service is excellent. When I cracked my iPad screen, it apparently also broke something else b/c the thing wouldn't turn on, at all. The phone worked OK, but I knew it was merely a matter of time before the consequences of that broken screen would show up. After hearing a recommendation from a friend, I called Houston iPhone Screen Repair and set up an appointment to drop by their office. They're in The Woodlands and I'm not so I wanted to make sure I didn't have to make two trips. I live about 30 miles away from The Woodlands. Jamee was there when I arrived at the appointed time, and she started working on the phone as soon as I arrived. Actually, by the time she was explaining to me the procedure, timing, etc., she already had the screen half-way removed. She's quick, and very very accurate. While she worked on my phone, I walked down the street and had a late lunch. When I returned the phone was ready to go. For my iPhone 6S the total bill for the complete screen replacement was less than $100. Apple quoted me a price of $165, in addition to the fact that I would not have use of my phone for a few days. There was no question about what I thought was the better deal, and subsequently I've proven to have made the right decision. The screen works great. The phone works great.
